Hamstring were still a bit fried from rack pulls the other day but once warmed up all movements went smooth. SLDL actually felt great today surprisingly and haven’t had any issues with my lower back (besides some DOMS) which is a big plus.

Ended workout with a good bit of stretching for quads, hamstrings, and lower back.

Well it’s hard to decipher at the moment between the two. The tren e is just kicking in now and have been on Var for less than a week thus far. I’ve only cut back 50g of carbs from training days and surprisingly that small adjustment (plus the fact the tren is starting to shine) have managed to maintain the same weight (roughly 222lbs) and have he ability to tighten up. & by tighten up I mean yes in my shoulders and chest the striations are becoming more visible. Definitely in Legs is more prominent. Overall vascularity is starting to pop a whole lot more as well. I would say give it another solid two weeks and there’s going to be some very noticeable changes and of course @msl3862 i will post up some new progress pics (front and back and first leg shots I’ve ever posted will be up as well).

What I can say that’s extremely noticeable is how much more I’m sweating at the gym and just throughout my day in general. Know that’s positively a direct result of the tren. Still sleeping well and tren really doesn’t cause uncontrollable aggression thank God. Also I am starting to experience night sweats and also call me crazy but I swear when I sweat while on tren I can distinctly notice a different odor to it. It’s weird haha. But as these changes continue to happen I’ll surely add the info into this log as well as any changes to my diet. Training wise I’m in the 3rd week of John Meadows “Gamma Bomb” and love it.

Also thanks for asking some questions and showing interest. Anything you are curious about ask away. I’m not holding anything back for you guys in here and am more than willing to help out any way I can and share my knowledge I’ve gained from other with you guys and my own personal experiences thus far.
 
Was it 8 weeks of test blend + NPP then switched to test blend + tren e?
8 weeks of test 325 Blend doses at roughly 680mg/wk, Superdrol 20mg preworkout (two weeks on and two weeks off for the 8 week period), and NPP 450mg/wk. Then dropped the NPP and Superdrol and replaced with tren enanthate 450mg/wk and anavar 75mg/day split over 3 25mg doses throughout the day about 7-8 hours apart (morning, afternoon, before bed) and will continue this for 8 weeks also keeping test 325 Blend dosage the same roughly 680mg/wk. Will finish with a final two weeks of test only decreasing the test dosage through that 2 week period.

Arm pump today was NASTY!!! Love being able to achieve such a great pump and have a solid workout without having to focus on pushing more and more weight. I mean of course there’s progression in terms of loads being used but none of the ego lifting BS is needed for this program.

Think this was the first time I’ve ever done “giant sets”. Really enjoyed the change of pace. Pump was ridiculous and like going from one to the next to the next with a short rest period after the third exercise. All in all great workout this morning.

ACTIVE REST

45min Stairmaster

Tren is definitely starting to be full effect. Sweating is just becoming ridiculous regardless if I’m sitting still or in the gym. Also, extremely noticeable today was how hard cardio is becoming. Body composition is continuing to tighten up. Sleep is still alright. Night sweats are regular now. Will post some new pics up in another week.
 
I couldn’t wait to come off tren around week 6, now I can’t wait to get back on!
Honestly I love the compound. The appetite suppression doesn’t bother me too much either so maintaining my weight or even gaining while on tren is never an issue and when i wanna cut it’s also my go to. Thank god I don’t get the aggression ever really so pushing a decent dose has never been an issue. But right now 450mg/wk is the sweet spot to maintain where the Superdrol and NPP got me up to and just hold steady and lean out for the next few weeks. The night sweats of course are shitty and having to always take a change of clothes to the gym, let alone leaving my house living in the south it’s a must cuz I run through shirts like crazy during the day while on tren haha.

Ha dude for real, it’s hot as fuck down here. I’ll be starting a very similar blast as you are on now after my TRT doc checkup in September. 8 weeks npp, 8 weeks tren. I love tren, super excited for another go.
 
Definitely a great combo IMO.

How do you run your test for the 16 weeks? I loved low test high tren, but love high test with nandrolone so was thinking of slowly lowering test when switching to tren in week 9. However there is the race to stay ahead of rising myostatin levels to contend with so maybe keep the test high.

Well honestly I would also normally run my test lower than tren. But “cutting” wasn’t my goal thus blast. I wanted to gain some weight and do my best to pack some muscle on so with the NPP the test was at 680mg/wk and that is a test325 Blend. During those 8 weeks I put on about 23lbs total and for the next 8 weeks the goal is to do my best to stay at that weight just obviously a bit tighter and lowering bf% then after the blast slowly lean back down until the next blast. After completing the first 8 weeks and switching to tren I actually bumped the test up a bit to 780mg/wk which I also don’t feel has made the tren sides any more or less tolerable as some people state with higher test to tren ratio. As this blast comes to an end the last couple weeks I will slowly lower the test, running the test Blend 2 weeks past the date of my last pin of tren and by then my goal is to be around 400mg/wk as to not just come off of test at a high dose and transition a bit smoother into the next phase. Next blast though I am going to keep test at 400mg/wk and run the NPP at 600mg/wk compared to the 450mg/wk I ran this cycle and stack it with eq at also a higher dose (probably at least 800) and run both compounds longer (probably NPP up to 10 weeks and the eq a full 16). Tren will probably not be a part of the next blast as my goal is to really just push food hard, train hard, and work my ass off to gain more size now that I have a much better understanding of certain compounds and how they work with my body.

Indeed that was the research I bought into as well, while they were competing for the same receptors, let tren do its thing. I ran 200 test and 700 tren, starting at 350 tren and moving up as I was tolerating sides. My npp blasts last year, I ran a gram of test with 700 npp and put on lots of size but plenty of water too. My diet is on a whole new level of clean this year though. I’m gonna try lower test with npp going with the same logic as tren, let it do its thing.

Great workout today. Back felt destroyed by the time Workout was completed. Rack pulls get me every time and the pull ups just were the icing on the cake.
