I know you guys follow along in my log and would just like to throw out there any input is greatly accepted and encouraged. If there’s any info I don’t put in that you’d like to see or know just let me know. & thanks for following along brothers. I’m sure there’s some silent followers as well and again just speak up if you’d like to see or know anything.

Right now my cruise is about to come to an end of 200mg test cyp per week. Strength has fell slightly. But during this period of time I’ve also dropped the weight a bit and have been focusing a hell of a lot more on the movements and working the muscles properly and driving as much force and blood into them as I can with each contraction. Slowly still building a greater mind to muscle connection.

Diet has fluctuated a bit throughout. I keep fats as low as possible for now. I’m not strict with carbs but roughly get 300-400 in a day. Completely cut off carbs 4 hours before I plan to go to bed. The only thing I strictly count in protein right now and keep it between 300-325g per day. Diet will increase for the blast. I’ll post it when I have it all figured out.

This coming blast I will be running John Meadows Onslaught. Accompanied by test cyp, equipoise, and TBol the first 6 weeks. Last 10 weeks will be test cyp, equipoise, and npp with no orals. Goal as always is to build lean muscle. I don’t let myself get out of control and go too far past 12% bf when I “bulk”. Quality muscle, keeping water retention low, and having fun is the goal. May throw some Superdrol in the end pre workout. Had a great experience with it last time strength was crazy.

Shit, man. You’re killin it. Since you’re going for hypertrophy, have you done measurements? What’s the build/look you’re going for?
 
@FourOneDeuxFitt This is a very good question. newbs get bashed for not doing bloods and the vets tend to be just as guilty. Not to bash, more because people want to see you succeed. Regular bloods are part of this if a guy is in for the long haul.
I know he knows the importance of bloodwork. Most people order the female hormone panel, but it doesn’t include lipids, so most just kind of forget about it. It’s a silent killer so just looking out for him especially with the superdrol use.

Its cheap with most labs, $45 or something for the full panel. Definitely should be utilized when blasting with tren and or orals.

You are slaying it bro there is not much I can say to you that you dont already know. I am following you with a keen interest in the JM programs as well. You have been a big help for me as well as someone to follow and work towards as you seem to have very similar goals as myself. Keep killing it and I will keep following and doing my best to kill it as well.

Nice man..I'm super excited to see what you are going to do during a blast - you are already a fucking beast on a cruise! How long have you been cruising for now?

I have been on almost the same cycle to your plan for your first 6 weeks with the only difference being Sustanon instead of Cyp for my Test and it has been FANTASTIC. If you are looking for quality muscle gains then I think you are going to love what the Test, EQ, TBol combo will do for you. Plus you are going to get WILD strength gains being in a calorie surplus. I've been able to make some strides in a deficit with this cycle! What type of dosages will you be running for each of those compounds?

One thing I will say on the negative side is that Estrogen has been a bit hard to control with this combo and I think its because of TBol's synergism with Test - its renowned for dramatically amplifying the amount of free Test and I think that has been the reason for the excess aromatization I've had so I would definitely be prepared for possibly needing a bit more AI and/or SERM than usual.

One other thing - do you compete in any bodybuilding/physique competitions? You really seem to have the body/genetics for it so I was curious if you competed or just do this for fun.

In all honesty right now I’m aiming to sit at 225 in single digit bf%. That’s my long term goal. Over the course of the last year I’ve added size in pretty much everything on my body. The PHAT program really gave me awesome strength which I continued on with the Meadows programs. The meadows programs have absolutely given my body a completely different shape than it’s ever had. I don’t want to get out of control as most would say. I’d like to aim for more of a classic look. Wide up top, slim waist, and nice set of wheels.
