Nice man..I'm super excited to see what you are going to do during a blast - you are already a fucking beast on a cruise! How long have you been cruising for now?

I have been on almost the same cycle to your plan for your first 6 weeks with the only difference being Sustanon instead of Cyp for my Test and it has been FANTASTIC. If you are looking for quality muscle gains then I think you are going to love what the Test, EQ, TBol combo will do for you. Plus you are going to get WILD strength gains being in a calorie surplus. I've been able to make some strides in a deficit with this cycle! What type of dosages will you be running for each of those compounds?

One thing I will say on the negative side is that Estrogen has been a bit hard to control with this combo and I think its because of TBol's synergism with Test - its renowned for dramatically amplifying the amount of free Test and I think that has been the reason for the excess aromatization I've had so I would definitely be prepared for possibly needing a bit more AI and/or SERM than usual.

One other thing - do you compete in any bodybuilding/physique competitions? You really seem to have the body/genetics for it so I was curious if you competed or just do this for fun.
I’ve been doing this for fun for awhile. In the last year is where I really buckled down and started to take everything serious especially when it comes to diet and proper training. Making sure I get ample rest as well. I’ve picked out my first show for next year it’s going to be the Mr. Pittsburgh. Which is where I’m originally from so I have about a year to really hammer down and that’s exactly what I’m going to do.

I’m looking forward to the next blast and the combo of everything. What it’s looking like right now is:
1-16 test c 600mg
1-16 equipoise (thinking at least 800mg)
1-6 TBol 40mg
7-16 NPP 600mg

I’ve been cruising for 9 weeks now. Monday will start week 10 for me. Upon which I am getting blood work completed as @Worf and @JackSmooth stated I do know and value the importance of blood work. I do get it regularly and yes I will get my lipids checked as well. So far I feel great in all aspects. Normally I would cruise for 12 weeks. But I’m gonna see what everything looks like and if I’m good to go I want to get started. I have a long road ahead of me and I’m excited and determined.

In all honesty right now I’m aiming to sit at 225 in single digit bf%. That’s my long term goal. Over the course of the last year I’ve added size in pretty much everything on my body. The PHAT program really gave me awesome strength which I continued on with the Meadows programs. The meadows programs have absolutely given my body a completely different shape than it’s ever had. I don’t want to get out of control as most would say. I’d like to aim for more of a classic look. Wide up top, slim waist, and nice set of wheels.

You and me both brotha. That would be an ideal size for our frames. Subbed for the journey.

I bet you were smoked on the dumbbell swings that's a lot. What do think of the hex press? I haven't done them yet but looks like they would be good to incorporate in.

Absolutely man. The last two sets of swings I had to stop and take a few breaths to finish those sets. Hex Press is nice and really smashing the dumbbells together throughout the whole movement recruits a lot of muscle fibers. Going to complete lock out also drives a lot of blood into the chest. The set was a cluster set so. Performed 8 reps. Paused for 45 seconds then go to failure. Pause 45 more seconds and repeat 2x more times. Also performed them on a slight incline to give my upper chest a little more work.

Pleased with today’s leg workout. Should have did one more set of squats. Think I could have grinded out a bit heavier set for the final working weight. Oh well. Made up for it with hack squats. 320 felt stupid heavy after squats. Luckily one of my buddies were at the gym to spot me the last set or I would have been buried in the Machine on the 9th rep. Added weight to seated Leg Curls as well. So that was a plus too.
