Honestly I’m not counting them strictly. But I know I’m hittin 4,000 cals on workout days at minimum. Rest days are around 32-3300. Mainly making sure I’m gettin in at least 350g of protein, no carbs past like 6pm, and just a bit higher fats on off days as well. Lots of fruit as well has seemingly been making a difference too. I believe it’s truly helping keep bloat down as well.Looking great brother! How much of a surplus are you eating? Your looking leaner then a few weeks ago!

I’ve gained 10lbs since the end of my blast in August. I’m eating about 3500 cals on my cruise, and Its weird because I dropped the Hgh too. So I literally wasn’t holding any water at all like some people do.
Yeah I’m loading up for a reason. I have some pretty extensive dental work being done over the next 3-4 months. That’s why I’m pushing my blast back until spring. Currently running 600mg test cyp, 1200mg eq, and two more weeks of TBol 60mg/day before adding in npp at 600mg for the remainder 10 weeks. Total 16 weeks. Start week 5 tomorrow.Probably, I'm out of the loop on this thread but what's your current go?

Any pip with that concentration? I was thinking about going with a 500mg/ml and found mixed reviews of pip. I assume that mix of reviews has to do with how it was brewed and wether or not it contained EO.This is the FIRST time running eq. I did a good bit of research on it and most of what I found stayed to run it at a gram or more and what I have is dosed at 400mg/ml so. It was easy to just stick with 1200.
I enjoy TBol because it kicks in quick, I get skin splitting pumps with it, good strength, and damn near no bloat or water retention from it so I’ve always been a big fan. 60mg is my sweet spot split twice a day.
