Just wondering and not trying to hijack/derail the thread, but would any of you know if I can request bloods through a urologist or does it have to be an endo?

It won't matter which Doctor you pick the important thing is that they write the correct script for the right hormonal blood test that you need in order to check your necessary levels. And when go to the lab you can ask the lab to also send you a copy of the results. The results come back pretty easy for you to read since the lab work will tell you if you're high or low and where you should be in range for each level.

Most likely they will and is why a lot of doctors won't do it. This is why most of us always do it with the online Labs. Its much easier and you shouldn't have any problems getting the script u need and the lab work done

If they are a practicing doc they can pretty much order any fucking test they want.

I had a question, i know they say to fast 12 hours prior to getting blood drawn. Can i hit the gym prior to getting blood drawn, just wondering if it would effect the test in any way. Thanks

The gender reassignment test from LabsMD tests for "Estrogens (total) serum"

Is this ok? Or so I specifically need to get the "estradiol" test to get a readying on my E?

Totally dependent on your Doc. It's tough finding a Doc who understands why someone wants to monitor their hormone levels. You'll know within a few visits if they have any idea about exogenous hormone therapy. Although, Prescribed HRT is becoming more and more medically indicated....
