As for the Viagra I don't know what you tried to workout but most customers don't want to receive bitcoin back for security reasons. Instead you can offer store credit or replace it with your next batch. It shows that you're trying to do the right thing and it builds trust in the community.

Sure, I'll give them store credit and free shipping on tested Viagra when I have it.

Currently I don't have any raw testing and I would like to have a reputation for quality. I bought a LARGE amount of raws for batch #103 and I am sending them all for testing. I also brewed in huge batches for #103. I will take a brief break from MESO and return when I have the test results back.

I cannot take back the past but I will completely and totally fix any issues regarding product quality. I think the best method to fix any issues is to offer replacements for tested products. I have not had many customers claim my offer to fix Viagra and I am more than willing to fix it.

If any finished products come back significantly lower than the labeled claim I will label it as tested and sell it at a discount.

The manufacturer is aware I am getting testing on all of my raws and is aware that I was not happy with the results from Viagra and DHB. I pay a premium for raws and my supplier has every reason to get me the best quality raws to keep my business. There are other suppliers that are much cheaper. But if the products don't test well I will make sure its properly labeled and if I have sold anything that does not test well I will fix it as I described.

Going forward, I think you understand that the concept of testing raws first is to ensure that your meticulously brewed products test accurately.. then you would not have to relabel anything and could sell it at your regular price..

It's pretty much counter productive to test raws at the same time you test your prepared oils and caps..

Well, would you like me to get my entire finished product line for #103 tested and start ordering more raws for #104 early and have those tested well before brewing? I can do that to get ahead, it would allow me to brew #104 pretty much spot on without overdose. It would also allow some of the other raws like long ester trest, MENT, etc to be tested together for batch #104.

Product and raw tests for batch 103 cause you promised. We want to see raw results to prove you’re actually brewing and not slapping labels on finished vials.

Get the ball rolling on the raws for 104 real soon so this doesn’t repeat.

Yes order your raws in advance and send them in for testing when you receive them. That way you know what you have to work with when it comes time to brew.

It would be a wise decision to get your batch #103 oils tested especially if you don't know the purity of your raws and post them up. Your customers need to have confidence in what they are buying.

1) I have still been helping trip with ups...they can be fucky, unlike fedex which isn't currently a good option.

2) For fucks sake, stop giving out tracking, you know these guys are constantly checking it.....Can we say opsec.

Sure, a few of the samples that I receive crash in the transport.

I have a designated oven for heating such samples and I inspect all the oils before they are tested to assure crashing during transport is not an issue.

This cannot be quoted enough, there's a reason DW vendors don't even offer tracking checks unless there is a serious problem/missing package but you're handing out tracking #'s like candy.
