Wanna look like a physique competitors? Why you'll probably have to take more than them

1) Most competitors are midgets. Average competitor height is 5'9, but of course they round up and height fraud, so probably 5'8.

2) Most recreational normie lifters are taller, older, much less responsive, and get into gear late in life.

3) Competitors, even though they take grams of gear, probably are more responsive than the average joe.

4) Competitors start much younger, sometimes in their teens, and blast gear for over a decade before looking good on stage.

We got normal height guys who are 6'2+ in their 30s getting told by fucking midgets to "start low bro" and being tricked into using microdoses, making fuck all progress.

Let's be honest. You're not going to look like the guys on stage (even the small ones) without the midget height, the decade+ of blasting grams of gear, and the genetics.

2024 roid discussion boards and social media are gaslighting factories, with everyone claiming they built their mass on just barely above TRT doses. At least back in the GH15 days, people were honest about doses.

* Not claiming using gear or high doses is healthy or smart. Only claiming it's needed for most men to actually look like a physique competitor, assuming they have the genetics for it.

* Not talking about genetic freak midget competitors who claim they're hyper responders. If you're one, show us all the tall men you helped get on stage using low doses.

Ok good post I permablast with shitty genetics now.
Thanks for your advice bro
Till now I belived I will never look like pros even with blasting till my death but I guess I was wrong!

Now go be 310lbs lean

gotta be 310lbs lean on the biohacking trt dose i saw on an influencer video!

i'm just a shitty recreational lifter, i'll never compete or look big (and i'm old)

most guys who get into gear are older, taller, and think they can look like their favorite influencer with worthless microdoses

i'm simply making the point that it's not going to happen, they won't even get close, without large doses and years of blasting

im 6'1 and didnt touch gear until i was 28, im 31 now.
I started with the stock standard 500mg of test for 12 weeks for my first cycle and didnt exceed that for my first year and a half of gear use.

As a competitor i sure as hope i at least look like one.

Your premise is flawed and just floundering for excuses as to why you dont have the results you want to make up for your lack of consistency and effort.

How many guys have you trained to get on stage on 500mg?

What would happen if you used the standard dose of 2g-4g that most competitors use? You would be Mr. Olympia with ease.

There is a middle ground to that: use more than micro less than mega aka reasonable for your goals. I never wanted to look like a bodybuilder that competes, I like the lazy ass gorilla built like a tank look (and the power that comes with it).

So it's all about perspective.

Not even a remote chance. Practically zero.

Not singling any one person here. At the top level this is no different than NBA only another order of magnitude more selective for top level BB (Olympia). Approximate 1 part per billion level gene pool for drug tolerance and muscle building, etc.

And thanks for this disclaimer.

Most men will never look like a physique competitor (high level example you used, NPC, Olympia) with any level of drugs. The process itself is self selecting no different than a beauty pageant (not trying to knock it).

already when you read "We got normal height guys who are 6'2+", you understand very well that this guy is in disillusionment with social networks.

6'2+ is not even 5% of the population.

but if it's your only option to demean the other 95%, because you have nothing but your height.

I understand.

He never said he got on stage with 500mg, nor did he claim to train anybody to get on stage with 500mg.

Go and reread his post. Simply replacing his post with one you made up, and then attacking the one you made up is called a straw man fallacy (because it it easier to knock down a straw man than it is a real man, just like it is easier to knock down the argument you made up than to address BigTomJ's post directly).

Like him, I started out with the standard 500mg testosterone cycle. It worked so well that it is still what I recommend for somebody who is serious and has their diet and training in order (few do) to start.

I am guessing here about BigTomJ, but for me, later, as I grew, doses did need to go up.

There is a lot of room between "microdosing" (whatever that is) and 5 grams of gear to do something that works but is not reckless. There is a size-dose relationship, but you cannot get it all at once, so there is no point to a huge dose cycle to start out. You will have increases side effects and more danger to health but put on no more size than the guy who ran 500mg. Put on some size, and then increase doses as needed to keep making gains.

I am an inch shorter than BigTomJ, but that is still taller than 82% of the population. BigTomJ is taller than 89% of the population. You, sir, are taller than almost everybody. You need 4000 persons in a room to have a statistical likely chance of somebody being the same height.

Maybe that colors your references to men who are the average or median height as "midgets."

5' 9.3" is 50th percentile . . .

Yeah, some guys have better genetics for bodybuilding, waaaah, waaaah.

Everybody can still put on muscle, naturally, and with steroids. No, everybody cannot be Mr. Olympia or even make it to the Olympia stage. Thank you, Mr. Obvious. Until you posted, we had no idea.

Height doesn’t mean shit even on grams of steroids if that was the case, then all of you guys taller than 6’5 should just blast to the heavens on PEDs and be in the NBA.

Just an example, Earl Boykins and Mugsy Bogues had a career playing the highest level of basketball standing below 5’8, while there are tall people like OP who probably haven’t done any competitive sports.

To be able to develop skills is also part of the genetics lottery.

In fairness to OP, I read his argument as most can get "there" with enough androgens. I posited the counter argument.

Nice stats examples. Thanks.

Gear talk aside.

It does take significantly longer to fill out your frame when your taller. Look at AndrewJacked, dudes almost 40 and he's barely filled out his frame. Quint is another one who's 6'2 and every year the judges and fans tell him he need's more size. Dude is 310 lbs on 300mgs of test and peeled, complete genetic freak and he still needs more size to be Olympia caliber.

I mean, there are people with slim frames and people with wide frames. same with small people that need to fill out.

just like people that are shorter.

Hafthor Bjornsson is an example of a guy with a wider frame
