Was wondering about the flavor, if it was thin. Would additional bone and/or more time improve that?

Yes its near tasteless when fully cooked....instant beef bouillon really helps . I pulled half of it at 24hrs and let it cook another 6hrs what was left . Flavor was the same (bland), beef bouillon to the rescue ! ;)

PS- All it needed was more salt so beef boullion is not really necessary , just salt . Wait until after the straining/defatting.

Whats the plans for when it reopens?

I started test c @ 750 once wkly 3 weeks ago. Been off for about 22 months er so. My first week DOMs was hard and heavy everyday. Now it " remembers" and i find it hard to find soreness whatsoever. Been pulling AM and PM splits when i can and some additional band work at home to keep that glorious pump flowing. Im eating instinctively rn so no notes on calorie consumption as i usually do. The attempt with this approach is to not force feed like ive done in the past. Im still up 7 lbs in 2 wks and ive been trying to avoid doing that. Smdh. My legs and back are taking on size fast

I'm going to go with creeping death 2 as a template and will change as needed. basically abort the heavy legs for mobility and accessory leg exercises until my knee settles down for some heavy work, still noticing something by my patella tendon so it's not done healing yet. Similar approach to nutrition as you but I'm guessing I'll end up eating like a house as always. Never had good self control with my hunger. Might need to look into that before I'm old and fat....

A potential cycle would be on top of my 125mg test cyp e7d. I haven't used since December of 2018 so it's not going to be crazy. 250 additional test cyp e3d, 100mg test prop e3d and i have a bunch of tbol I'm dying to use so there is that. Undecided on using npp/deca yet, I love that shit like a son. Could find its way into the mix but it's been a while since my last cycle so I may take it slow and stick to the test and oral.

Yes summer of '18 was my last one too. All i been on is my trt of 200mg every 14th day. So were in the same boat :) . The toughest part about programming is having a plan on paper to keep everything stimulated on an even basis. But its not so easy. Bodybuilding is largely instinctual and that is as much of the craft as anything else. Alot of the time pushing the boundaries can be beneficial but only for a short time. I been looking thru all my old note books and revisting things i have paid for and read and learned and i have decided to use my lower body days as a splitter between my upper body days. I made some of my best progress that way. So essentially ill be doing say chest, quads, back, hams/glutes/legs, chest/shoulders variant. Each representing a day of training with accessorial work programmed in for the bi, tri, medial and posterior head of the shoulder.

Its sorta like bodybuilding and sorta like strongman. Cuz alot of my leg days are heavy posterior chain work that involve the erectors and traps. I have found the way i programmed this all in allows me to overlap everything for optimal stimulation of hypertrophy and strength training. Cuz you cant fake strong. It has a certain dense look. And i find that very appealing. Not to mention the practical aspect of it. Combine it with the pump/hypertrophy training and ive narrowed down alot over these 20 some yrs what gets me building muscle.

I wish i was one of them guys that could just pump myself to huge. Life would be so easy.
