Oh the shame. I tried to quit once with Cantex and it made me fucking wierd. I would say things and then ask myself " why did I say that". I've been smoking since I was 16 so it's hard.

It's even harder now because I'm in recovery and all we do before and after a meeting is drink coffee and smoke.

Yeah I work in some plants that won't let me smoke so I dip Copenhagen Pouches. I would like to just dip.

Thanks bud. It was a struggle for sure. Sobriety date is 9-1-11. I took that as a sign. lol

Ive picked up vaping and haven't had a cig In 2 months. Not to mention the money I save..
