Still not as big as I want to be, still not as shredded either. Can't break 260# yet, like an invisible wall is keeping me back from that threshold.

BUT definitely not a douche bag like @BigJohn post a pic retard. Preferably not something from the late 80s please.

I understand completely! I hate it as well, just have to get over it in my head. Side chest and back would be my best in my mind.

Had a bit of a chat with a serious BBer the other night in front of the mirrors, and he explained that leaning back with your hands almost behind the line of your ears makes the front bi pose look a lot better. It definitely makes my peaks appear more pronounced.

It's all about the angle that's for sure. I agree.

I'd say 1% of your BW per week would be the sweet spot cause 1.5lb for a guy like trukker and 1.5lb for a guy like skull are a different thing entirely. It would take forever for a 280lb bulk to get to a 230lb cut weight at 1.5lb a week but if you only go from say 180-165 that's different
.5-1% lb bw per wk for sure.

I started a cut at 250 and have been losing 2-3lbs wk
