Who is our biggest, most shredded member at Meso?

Nice. How many calories a day? I want to bulk but us short guys look like damn walking blimps. Looks better on taller person FML

Everyone looks/feels like they have GH gut if they are bulking correctly. I just went into a 4 week cut to see where I am right now before continuing my bulk. I went to 258 (at 5'8) and breathing was a chore at times. It's just part of the game. Most of the water and uncomfortable labored breathing goes away within a week or two once you drop the 500-700 grams of carbs a day and transition to another phase.

The take away is that while you're focused on how your stomach is feeling huge the rest of the world is focused on how huge the rest of you is getting. Strength is through the roof also due to the crazy amount glycogen in the muscles.

Since I hadn't run a legit bulk in a while with insulin no one had seen me that heavy. You're muscles fill up like a balloon animal if you do it right. I can't count the number of people that told me I looked bigger every time they saw me. Totally worth the uncomfortable feeling and hassle of constantly choking down food.

How do you guys run gh if you're bulking? I assume the protocols are slightly different than the 2iu morning and night fat loss programs.

In other words, how do you maximize the anabolic benefits of gh, besides optimizing the aas you're using for that goal as well of course?

I think at some point your body will just reject the bulk and youll get fat. The first time i broke 280 which was about 1-2 yrs ago i put everything i had in to it. It was very difficult for me to break that barrier. I resorted to snickers in between meals to make weight. I got to 284 then and i got pretty soft cuz i just forced it. I just wasnt at a time where 280+ look matured i guess you can say. Ive obviously grown bigger and more in to my journey since then and the 280 i passed weeks ago is FAR FAR larger then it was back then. More dense even leaner man. So thats why im running for 300. Cuz im muscularly matured and ready for that next step. What im saying is its just a number man. Means something i guess...when i come off i usually diet off cycle and always drop back down to the 260ish range. Hell ive been 260 natty before and each and every cycle the same 260ish is ALWAYS bigger when all the drugs and growing is done. Fat displacement? Likely. But my usual post cycle 260ish is ALWAYS way more impressive than it was before. Each and every year.

Keep grinding and listen to your body. Its trying to tell you some thing

Same. Starting to think I'll use it before I go to monster doses of aas, see what all the synergy is about.

A relatively solid 245 is in the cards for me next year without gh tho. Just looking into the future and gathering info for the game plan.
