Who is our biggest, most shredded member at Meso?

Man i always feel better at a lower weight. When i drop even 10-15lbs i feel amazing an like you said full of energy. Bulking makes me feel bloated, slow, an very un-agile. Where i work that shit jus doesn't cut it an will get ya hurt. Hope all has been well in your world brotha an good luck on your upcoming turkey bulk. So whatcha gunna be blastin on? Man I got my heart set on a Mast blast in the future.

Im thinking of gm/wk Sustanon w/ 50mg/daily Anadrol and lots of food . I finally got my fat weight under control , now comes the bulk .

I gotta at least try and keep up with Trukker right ? Hes going for HUMONGOUS !! :eek::eek: lol

Thats sounds like a good time lol. Ive been wanting to give the A-bombs a try myself. Maybe ill throw them in on my Mast Blast. Man @gr8whitetrukker is on another level. His run for 300 is already epic. @290 an counting he is a true mass monster. Its a pleasure being here an watching all my bros grow an transform over the years.

I guess I"ll flash my latest armshot here from the other day . Finally getting some veins showing and Im happy with the look , Im kinda weak at 5'5" 177lbs but full of energy. I can now go ahead with a full bulk , starting on Turkey Day ;)

How will you approach the bulk cycle wise? you look like a perfect candidate for primobolan e.

The cheaper the better , I maximize my cycles . :cool: :p
plus can grow on a caloric deficit on it and it enhances shape really well, its a very clean gainer. i wouldnt pussyfoot with 400mg a week of it though. a gram will get it done. but if you were just gonna go cheap why not try superdrol or just basic test by itself thats the cheapest and you could increment as small and as often as you want Sdrol also has a unique effect on carbs. So you'll definitely be larger if you carb loaded on it vs say dbol or anadrol at the same dosage. but anyway its up to you :)

i dissagree, if i don't change my diet at all right or training but up my dose of for example prop by 1g fr 4 weeks in a row. i will absolutely gave gained muscle doing that. plus whatever my calorie amount is now if i take away 1000calories and throw in a gram of prop i'll gain weight with less food. it'll happen. hey i'm not hear to argue guys, this thread isnt about me. even if it was i wouldnt feed the fire by posting a photo for people to critique for fun

If your in a caloric deficit you will not GAIN new muscle. You can gain water.
AAS doesnt grow muscle out of now where. Food does! And if your in a true deficit you will NOT have the raw materials to build anything NEW. To disagree with this is to not understand HOW muscle is built or the fundamentals behind nutrition and how a surplus of cals builds new muscle.

I agree though that you cannot make a fire without fuel, or build muscle without food. AAS shifts the catabolic dropoff slightly, as we all notice, where fat is burned but little muscle is lost despite being in a slight defecit.

And that is the hard part , losing fat weight while preserving muscle . It worked for me this time , last time before I lost too much size while in a deficit . Could it be Im finally learning something ?? :p:p

I've seen what appears to be muscle tissue develop in a deficit during a "recomp" cycle, especially during carb cycling like phases. I.e. caloric deficit overall, however 1 or 2 days a week have a higher "spike" in nutrients... This is almost ONLY possible with high anabolics and very, VERY, good training and cardio structure. It is POSSIBLE, but, it appears to be impossible to 99% of people either due to will power or just the inability to handle the difficult balancing act...

In other words, to make this easy, say your "weekly" net macros are 21,000 calories to "maintain" your current body weight (BMR).... If you do, let's say, 19,000 calories that week, and have the 2 higher caloric days on your most challenging training days, then lower your calories/carbs on your cardio days, I have personally as well as seen with others, witnessed what appears to be SLIGHT muscle growth in an overall deficit.

Is it efficient? Maybe. Is it challenging? Very. It's almost 2 steps forward, 1 step back, 2 steps forward, 1 step back, etc. etc....
