Who is our biggest, most shredded member at Meso?

Heres another example. Two guys same height same weight.
-Larry wheels 6'1 260ish offseason. Lean as hell. Doesnt appear to be much fat on him. Looks great!
-Cedric McMillan 6'1 260ish stage ready.
Equal lvl competitors in each chosen sport. But one is WAY more visually impressive compared to the other. Not taking anything away from Larry at all. But this is not a matter of opinion. It just IS.
Why is that?
Larry is lean as hell already. Both have different approaches to training. One trains heavy like a PL and the other trains like a bodybuilder.
Why is there such a massive difference?

Thanks @fodsod 258 at 5’8 is big mother fker. Most I weighed at 5’7 was 220 and my gut looked extended. Kinda sucked, will
More likely do a bulk on HGH. I pm you soon if ya cool with that. Wouldn’t mind doing one soon.
PM any time bro.

GH can be used in a bulk and should be used if you're running insulin. In my experience MK677 works pretty well in this mix also. I'd say it's not a replacement for actual GH though as it doesn't burn fat like GH in my experience.

You can take 2 approaches but both are similar in set up. I'm not getting into detail on which ones and the timing curves or diet. Just the basics and there are WAY more advanced protocols also. These are the ones I've used personally with good results. I can't speak to anyone else's stuff. This is not a complete write up, just an overview so don't bust my balls if I left out something.

1. This is the most advanced of the two and the most costly. Run GH fasted in the a.m. and wait 1-2 hours before eating. After the initial dose run small doses every 4 hours during the day timed up with your small insulin doses. Run the GH IM and the insulin SQ so the curves match up. I'm talking about 2-4 uis of each all day long. Again, small doses of both. You'll have to assess as you go due to insulin resistance over time. Metformin or Berbarine can help with that some but eventually you will either need to stop or go up insulin dose.

2. Basic but works very good. This is what I recommend for beginners. GH fasted in the a.m. and again before bed. Insulin is only used prior to training and you consume your protein/dextrose/creatine (50-60p, 100-130c) shake sipped during training allowing immediate shuttling of nutrients while you train. You'll run 10 uis of insulin (10 is all I can deal with. Anymore than that I don't feel good). After training is done eat a protein and carb meal about 1-1.5 hours later. There is no need to go crazy on the after training carbs. You'll just get fat. The intra workout shake took care of most of the insulin going hypo carb requirement so you're good. Novalin R (Walmart) is best in my experience. It last through a 1-1.5 hour workout and still grabs the carbs in the meal afterwards also. You can run Metformin or Berbarine at 1200-1500mg during the day to help keep blood sugar down and keep you insulin sensitive since you're pounding carbs all day long.

The density of muscle PL guys have is higher. At least that's the only logical answer to me as to why two guys can have the same weight and one appear larger on similar frames.

Maybe. The word appear doesnt seem right. The BB IS larger. Substantially larger even at the same weight. Idk if its even denser? Who looks thicker to you, lol?

The BB IS larger.

It would be interesting to see the results of something like a Super League laser measurement comparison of the two guys...

By definition, the guy who is smaller by volume of total measurement IS denser though. Willing to wager a substantial bit that is partially due to several additional pounds of bone matter internal to any heavy PL guy with a long history.

PL folks can and do develop physical oddities that are far outside the norm due to the outrageously high habitual longitudinal loading of the skeleton etc...

Same for even recreational lifters sometimes... Rippetoe had a middle aged female who was examined repeatedly because the docs felt hardened lumps in her abdomen. Finally an MRI showed that what they were palpitating were very large, well defined, rock hard ab muscles from years of PL training under a nice layer of middle aged pudge.

How are you feeling brutha?
Can't complain. Everyday is a gift and feeling much better. Really sorry about your friend bro. Little nervous about a wedding I have today. I still stutter quite a bit and this is the first time I'll be at a social event since the stroke. I'll get through it. Looking swole man. You already work out today?? That's damn early you crazy bastard.

Skull your so damn funny , your like the court jester of Meso :p:p:D

But I lost alot of weight this summer , really stripped it off (think it could have been that gram/wk of Sustanon I did all summer ?) Knaw....lol . But it definitely helped hold onto the muscle while I literally starved the last 4 months . Mission complete , fully cut.

Where i work that shit jus doesn't cut it an will get ya hurt. Hope all has been well in your world brotha an good luck on your upcoming turkey bulk. So whatcha gunna be blastin on? Man I got my heart set on a Mast blast in the future.
