Who is our biggest, most shredded member at Meso?

AB502D69-B875-4105-836C-4366410AD3C3.jpeg Sitting at 230, 7 weeks in. Progress has pretty much being stalled since last week, increased calories to see if that will make a difference (hopefully), if not it’s superdrol time.

Im really starting to wonder if longer cycles are worth the bother, might start doing 8 week blasts with test prop and tren ace/npp with a dht oral throughout at a moderate dose.

I’m giving this a shot next offseason I think. Never have. And minimal investment of time to evaluate it. I do think one long cycle an offseason is useful mostly as a means to push food higher and higher while on gear in preparation for a large cut (IE show prep).

They’re def worth it, but the best way I’ve found to not get stagnant is swap compounds every 6-8 weeks.
Seems like the body starts to plateau around that time frame on nearly everything unless you up the dosage considerably.

I could really never wrap my head around coumpound rotation. For eq and deca, why would you switch them after they just barely peaked?

I actually just watched a Palumbo video earlier today on the same compounds and 6 week cycles. He explained they’ll continue to still work for another 3 weeks after you drop it, so it’s not like the run is over. I don’t run Deca or eq though. Not enough bang for the buck with eq for me. Deca kills my dick... so I stick with npp now.

I would run tren e for 8 weeks then switch to Deca for 12 and run eq throughout with some Adrol on the last 4. Only way it would make sense to me.

Edit: With test throughout of course

I find I don't even really start to see effects of things like tren, EQ etc until that week 12-16 timeframe. Then it's like seeing exponential changes daily. Couldn't imagine swapping or quitting the cycle at 8 weeks with those products.

You take tren ace for 12-16 weeks? Or we talking E...

This is the first time I’ve ever helped someone with a prep. I’m no coach lol. I’ve always just had buddies help me: if I ever do nationals I’ll get a real coach.

This is my buddy 6 weeks out. First show on gear. Just some low test tren and anavar
