Who is our biggest, most shredded member at Meso?

I like the progress. I'm very interested to see if you (and your coach) can hold the full, round, thick look you've got when you get down to show shape. That seems to be the dividing factor at the top. Being able to be peeled, dry and maintain a version of the look you have right now.

How about a rear double bi shot in the future? Your back is one of your best body parts. I'd like to see it in that pose also.
I’ll send it but full disclosure my RDB blows (in my opinion), especially when I’m not show lean. Will post later today.

And completely agreed on the roundness factor. Some people have it some don’t. I think I’m in a good position with food so high still and being a bit ahead of schedule that I’ll be in the best possible situation to bring that. Have had discussions about orals near the show (like Dennis James used his anadrol) for this purpose. But that’s undecided.

I get it man. We all want to show our "best" but you're also way more critical of yourself than most of MESO would be. I think you're doing a great job of slowly getting there. You're ahead of schedule and in a great spot.

I've done some NPC judging at the state and regional level so I look at you differently than most. I know where you are in your early show season work and I can look past the obvious "not there yet" areas, posing errors and see the potential of what's to come.

I'm more interested in getting to see the evolution of the total package from off season gains to stage shape from all angles as it's viewed from a judging stand point.

I honestly think you have a legit shot over the next few years to get your card and I respect your process (and you sharing it).

Maybe I’ll start posting a full round of mandatories every couple weeks. The progression comment is a good one. I’d be lying if I said I hoped it didn’t take a couple years from now, but I’m aware of how things work on the national stage. We shall see. For now, eyes only on getting as big and shredded as possible for this summers show season.

Great news man!
Thank you. Got a test back this week something about my antibodies I’m no a doc but lol but it came back normal so that’s a plus. Thanks for everyone who posted the support over the last few moths. I was kinda in the dumps when I found out but I feel things are turning the corner for sure

Just another thing to adapt to. Good to see you doing so and not throwing in the towel.

No I actually got competing on my mind again lol. I know I gotta get bigger but I have the itch for sure. Seeing you get ready and guys around here cutting makes me want to go again. Was just talking about that today with someone it’s a crazy sacrifice as you know but something about it I enjoy. I just like the challenge

I knew you'd be back once the initial shock wore off and you got a grip on where you were physically. You can't suppress that internal desire to over come and push to be better. Really glad to hear you're feeling good and have things under control.

Really Starting to get my grove back now . Back to the same amount of carbs I was at before I found out I had the diabetes and blood sugar is staying low.

I’m curious. Were you on gh before you got those high sugar readings?

Thank you! And thanks for the advice as always.

In the future are you thinking of competing in men’s open or 212?
No idea. Guys are bouncing all fucking over the place. I’m probably just at the higher end of 212 height to actually be competitive. Quite a few guys taller (5-8,5-9) that compete but just can’t hold the visual size like the shorter guys.

Most likely 212. Certainly a tad bit healthier than jam packing mass on to my frame at all costs. Plus it seems 5-9/10 is the ideal height to keep proportions and hold enough mass to make noise in the Open.

I think you should do 212. You look massive for your weight man, when you get to 212 contest shape you will dwarf everyone easily.

Let’s not forget I’m still an amateur. And this concept of competing 212 means I earn that card. At that point, there’s a reason some of the sport’s icons are who they are. I’d be privileged to ever stand on an Olympia stage. It IS the goal. But I don’t think I’ve earned the right to even talk about it yet.
