Put the serious training on hold to lose some fucking weight before my next cycle. Lol, you guys made me feel like a fat fucker!
I had done a strict keto and intermittent fasting diet 4 years ago where I successfully lost 40 pounds (275 down to 235) in preparation for my first cycle. It made a difference. I’m not the fat fuck dad bod that I was then, but I wanted to trim a bit off so I can feed myself aggressively this next cycle without having to go up to the 308s. That would be too heavy for me at this point.
I started the weight dump about 2 weeks ago and I was doing ok with Sheiko until this week. I bonked out. That happened to me before too just significantly weaker without carbs and glycogen.
Good news is that I’m down 8 pounds. I’d like to get down to 245-250 before mid-June so about half-way there.
It’s an aggressive weight loss. Basically less than 50 grams of carbs each day and I only eat between 11:00 and 5:00. As much protein and fat as I can handle. So eating a lot of chicken, and ground beef. Can’t do steak this time because it’s expensive as fuck right now. When I did it before I was eating 4 lbs a day.
Headaches and fatigue the first week. Then everything adjusts and the magic happens. I miss the sugar and cream in my coffee the most. Black coffee sucks.
I’ll go on cycle mid-June and gradually re-introduce carbs. Not sure what I’ll do with the intermittent fasting. I train in the afternoon/evening so I might be able to stick with it.
Anyway, that’s my rant and I posted it tonight cause the whole fucking family got good pizza while I ate ground beef and a little bit of broccoli. Fuckers.
