You could probably use just about any oil, as long as it's sterile and non toxic.

No olive oil? Peanut oil. I know some are a no go but cant remember the exact reason why. Low flash point IIRC, pretty sure avocado oil falls into that category, its not much higher than olive oil. I could be totally off here.

Low smoke points, when these oils hit them they turn into nothing you want in your body. That's for cooking not brewing haha
