Quick update from my side.
During the year since my last DEXA, I have run:
* HGH throughout, with a few breaks. At 2-3 IU per day (dosing currently 6IU EOD)
* TRT at 90mg Test + 750 IU HCG
* TRT at 100mg Test + 1500 IU HCG
* TRT+ with 6 weeks of Anavar @ 20mg/day
* TRT at 150mg Test + 1500 IU HCG
* Small blast of 200mg Test Cyp + 100mg NPP + 50mg Primo for 14 weeks (was planning 20 but slipped a disc) + 10mg Ostarine and 10mg Anavar for 6 weeks at the start
* TRT+ with 150mg Test + 90mg NPP + 1500IU HCG.
* About to drop down to 120mg Test + HCG for a while to cool off
Supplements/Pharma:
* Calcium
* Vitamin D
* Vitamin K2
* 5mg Cialis
* Boron
* Vitamin C
* Curcumin
* Probiotic
* Omega 3
* Choline
* Folate
* Magnesium
* Collagen
* Glycine
* NAC
I train 5 days per week and include 50 hops on each leg before every workout. I also kick a heavy bag a couple of times per week.
Didn't touch an AI throughout. High Estrogen doesn't seem to bother me at all, and actually, I think I feel pretty good with it reasonably high.
I had a new DEXA today, and I'm VERY happy as I've seen some decent improvements:
* Spine T-Score: 0.0 -> 0.4
* Femoral Neck T-Score: -2.3 -> -1.7
* Total Hip T-Score: -1.8 -> -1.2
Now, these might not look insane. But comparing these to results seen in trials where patients take actual bone drugs and often don't see these kinds of gains, I think they're pretty staggering.
Also, I was entirely out of the gym for the first 2 months due to hardware removal surgery, + I slipped a disc and lost another couple of months at least from that (still slowly trying to get back to squatting and deadlifting). So this was far from optimal over the last year. I'd love to see what consistent training, impact exercise, and bigger cycles could do. 2 years before my previous DEXA, I trained like a BEAST and ended up losing BMD at the hip/femoral neck, so this is clearly the AAS doing their job, IMO.
Obviously, BMD gains may not continue at the same rate, but if they were to do so, I'd be above average BMD at the Femoral Neck in 3 years.
Thank you to everyone who contributed to this thread, I will keep it updated each time I get a new DEXA.
