It's a direct youtube link. Nobody can get anything from that other than google. If they wanted to harvest something it would use some kind of a redirect, get your information, then forward you on to youtube.

Law enforcement can do a lot of things. Using a youtube link and having to request the IPs instead of using a redirect link where they'd have them (and wouldn't have to filter out all the IP addresses of users who didn't come from here) would be retarded. You're being paranoid.
