Those are good numbers for 16. That is when I started lifting. No internet back then and the only movement I knew was an overhead press from the floor.

Did nothing but that 5 times a week for 6 months with a concrete weight set until my dad bought me some bodybuilding books and a steel weight set.

Good times man, I didn't know shit then. I had access to the neighboring schools much larger gym. It was a nice gym and I knew a few kids who went there. The PL team wasn't sponsored by the school but they did afford us a coach. Not sure he was paid tho...he didn't really do much coaching. He used it to train and mostly supervise the bunch.

All I knew was I wanted to bench alot and I poured every ounce of energy in that pursuit. I think I benched every damn day:confused: I rarely squatted. Nobody taught me the value of it and it was hard. I didn't like hard so I took the easy route out and just never practiced it lol. Fucking kids

Get this I never even deadlifted either. Before my first meet. Some prep coach huh? I told you he didn't teach us anything. I showed up took our team spot and started watching all the competitors. When I noticed their fucking deadlifting and I would have to do it too! I just kinda examined what they were doing and tried to emulate it. When it was my turn for the platform I kinda awkwardly walked up nervous as hell grabbed that sumbitch any old way and pulled with every fiber in my body. No form. No practice. No fucking idea. My back was rounded all too hell. I looked like a dog shitting with all that spine curvage. My legs shot straight up first and I was left with basically a stiff legged dead. But my pride was too much to just set it down (nothing has changed:)) I pulled till my damn face turned red. And I got it. I fucking got it. A 405 first dead

I still remember it. Fucking nuts. You know kids are made of rubber right?
 
We all know what you meant but probably best in the future not to use "looking thick AF!" to a woman who just complained about feeling uber bloated.

Thanks so much.:) I actually just put in an order for Primo earlier. Going to try a super low dose cycle in August. Excited but nervous. If your wife decides to do a var cycle, you should have her join here.;)

That's probably what it is then. I have noticed that the tabs dissolve quickly once I pop them in my mouth.
shouldnt be the case. I cut both my anastrozole and my girls var from the same source as yours. Both got clean cuts. Maybe u got that occasional bunk pill cutter?
 
Well, today is day 27 of my cycle.

Weighed in at 134 even.

I had an active rest day yesterday, so I did heavy squats at first and kind of did a full body workout after.

My last BB squat max was 175lbs. for 5 reps. My legs were toast afterwards and I had to drop the weight. Today, I didn't try to break my numbers as far as weight goes, but I did get in more reps at 175 than the last time I squatted. I'm stoked.:)

I realized earlier that I have been making a big mistake on my log for some time now and saying that I've been taking 15mg. of Anavar, when in fact it's only been 12.5mg per day. Oopsie. I originally worked up to 10, and decided to bump up to 12.5 after about a week. So I've been taking 12.5mg per day for close to three weeks now. Sorry for the confusion! It's not a big difference, but still.

Sides are still very mild to none. The one most noticeable to me is the increased libido. Yep, still there and going strong.:cool:

Post workout selfie and looking pretty bloated. Booo. =/ Can't wait until Shark Week is over. Sorry to gross out the boys reading this, lol.
