*Additional notes*
I started experiencing the crazy muscle pumps while working out. They're pretty strong but not so much that they are painful. As I'm sitting here typing, my muscles feel really tense. It's kind of hard to explain. Almost as if they are on the verge of cramping up, ha.

Libido is still high. It has gone up a bit more since I have upped my dose yesterday. No complaints here. Clit sensitivity is still present. Again, no complaints.

I'm starting to see my body recomp. It's quite fun to wake up in the morning and check yourself out in the mirror to see if there are any slight changes. I may be holding on to a little bit of water, though. Will try to up how much I drink and see if it subsides.

Thinking about buying one of those handheld body fat monitors. They aren't accurate, but at least I'll have something to go by.

And, that's all for now folks.:)

That's awesome! Way to go on those PRs girl.
Are you taking taurine? It will help w those pumps. Especially forearm pumps that are super painful when trying to do bis.
I retained a bit of water the first couple
of weeks too. Make sure to get at least 1.5 Gallons of h2o and that should take care of it.
I would recommend buying some calipers to measure your BF. They are a bit more accurate than those hand held ones. You can google 3 point body fat calculator and use that to measure your BF. Let me give you the website I use. It was one of the best ones I found.

The calipers were like 10-15 bucks on eBay.

Ahh, gotcha. I had read your intro before but guess I didn't see the oddly 1 set of upper body in there. You are going for a full on booty transformation. I would say that's a first for Meso. We will need LOTS of pics of the transformation. I'm kidding.

Even when I'm not happy with a particular body part I don't focus on just that body part everyday. Not saying your not happy with your ass because quite frankly it is amazing. Just saying like your earlier conversation that rest is needed for muscles. Im not the ass guru though and I know very little about what works for women. Seems to be working for you so if it ain't broke don't fix it.

@OdieM Yep, I'm trying to take advantage of the short couple of months I'll be on superhuman status. I made really good gains last year on one of his other programs but lost most of them after I tore my knee during rollerderby practice couldn't do legs for at least 8 weeks. It was so depressing.

@Devika Thanks, girl! Haven't tried taurine. I guess it's time to buy a bottle of it. Does it really make a big difference? Will def try to up my water today.

I really appreciate you posting the above link! I researched those calipers and calculators but got overwhelmed by too many options. I also read that you need someone to do it for you.

There are a ton of good reviews on Amazon for the Omron Fat Loss Monitor, which is the one I'm thinking about getting. Not entirely accurate but it's still a good tool to help monitor fat loss. Maybe I'm just being lazy to use calipers, haha.

Sorry to hear that. Injuries suck and are very depressing. Seems like every year I've been in my 30s I get some sort of injury that sets me back. Probably because I'm always striving for new PRs. Congrats on your new PRs by the way.

Roller Derby huh? That's pretty awesome.

The taurine does make a huge difference. Sometimes I forget to take it before working out and I'm reminded by the painful pumps.

If you use the 3 point (supra iliac, tris, and quads) you only need someone to measure your tris, the other two you can do yourself.

I guess it doesn't really matter what you use, the point is to have something to help you keep track of BF.
I'm just really sketchy about those hand help monitors bc their reading can be ridiculously off, like +/- 7-10
I wanna go to those bod pod to get a really accurate reading. They are just kinda expensive.

Yeah, it was very short-lived due to injury. I want to go back but I'm worried that I'll get another injury that will put me out for months again...and all gainzzz will go down the drain again. It's a depressing thought.

Okay, you've convinced me and I'll be placing an order for taurine and calipers today.

Aww, man. I really wanted to do the bod pod at the start of my cycle and at the end of it, but it obviously didn't work out that way. Maybe for our next cycle?:p

@RodgerThat @Devika
Found it! Here is the article (written by Dr. Michael Scally) I read recently on another thread that was posted by Millard Baker, in regards to PCT for women. It states that tapering would be the best way to go. Thoughts?

I read that before.
Hmmm...
I guess it would be a smoother transition. He is the one with the MD degree so better take his word.

Ya he's got an MD and I'm just a silly bear:( take his word for it. But also yes scally is top notch and I don't know anything specific to females besides that y'all are infatuating so listen to the good doctor

I think I'm going to taper from 12.5mg per day to 5mg per day for one week, and then maybe 2.5mg per day for a few days to a week.

Awesome!
I really like the calipers. You can even do a 7 point for a more accurate reading. In the site that I sent you they show you where to take the measurements with pics and everything.

I'm so excited for our next cycle!!! Anabolic lab is gonna be testing compounds in May so hopefully there will be some primobolan included.

I really appreciate you sending me all that info!

Yes, I'm crossing my fingers that we'll see primo in there. I just started researching this morning and have not read many good things. Too many fakes out there and UGL's putting test or Dbol in the vials that are supposed to be primo.

Yea I know. Definately gotta labmax it but even then, it makes me a bit anxious. I've been watching videos about how to test in a stuff. Gotta invest in a kit that comes with a blue light since it's the only way to tell.

Ahhh. Roller derby. It f'd up my wrist and forearm after I took a hard hit. Can't curl as much because of it and no more Derby for me. It's not worth the injuries. I know several girls who have had major bone breaks in their legs and arms. No thanks for me. :)

Yikes. I guess it could be worse, huh? I would love to go back but lifting and sculpting my body is my #1 on my list and injury from derby isn't worth it to lose all the progress I've made. It's a lot of hard work down the drain.

On the flip side, I feel guilty when I see my skates and the rest of my gear just collecting dust.:(

Day 10
Rest.

Day 11
I'm officially in the middle of my second week and so far, so good. I weighed in at 130lbs. this morning. Same starting weight but I look leaner and muscles harder.

Bumped up to 15mg today. I had a really hard time dividing my pills into 12.5mg doses with my razor blade and this makes it easier. I figured, why not since I have zero sides at the moment, unless you count a sensitive clit and higher libido as a side.;)

I had a late start at the gym today due to having to take my kiddo's to the doc this morning. Pardon my French but I fucking hate going to the gym in the afternoon. The amount of douchebags seem to multiply by then. I'm also much more of a morning person and love getting in a workout nice and early when I'm still fresh and full of energy. This didn't happen today, but I still managed to break my PR on hip thrusters.:D My glutes are going to pay for it tomorrow.

barbell hip thrust
275lbs. 3 x 6

RDL
90lbs. 2 x 15

45 degree hyper
10lbs. 2 x 22
*Practically no weight but burned oh so much. My glutes were already dead from the heavy hip thrusters.

standing hip abduction
185lbs. 2 x 20
burnout - 110lbs. 1x30

dumbbell shoulder press
30lb. DB's, 2 x 10
25lb. DB's *dropped down because I was feeling weak

lateral shoulder raise
15lb. DB's, 2x10

tricep rope pull down
#3 plate 1x10
#2 plate 2x10

body weight dips
3x10

DB tricep kickback
5lb. DB 3x13

seated calf raise
90lbs. 3x30

glute kickback machine
2x10 90lbs *started feeling light-headed by this point.

*Post workout notes*
I felt myself get light-headed quite often and was feeling really nauseated during the whole drive back home. This could've been because I didn't have my daily bowl of oats and egg whites as a pre-workout meal. I was starving before I left the house but only managed to get in a couple bites of baked yams before rushing out the door.

All in all, everything is good and I'm looking forward to what week three will bring.:)
