Do you plan to blast in old age (40+)?

Dr Crisler saw a 20% increase in absorption with SQ injects
likely to do with timing of testing traditionally vs actual absorption.. or has this been addressed?

remember there is a HUGE amount of people scared of needles esp IM, so when a dr offers easy sub q this brings infinitely more biz. be wary of YouTube DR esp if drive fancy cars and appear to have filler or cosmetic surgery.

always good to try new things and we learn alot from drs pushing things BUT keep in mind REAL drs won't say anything like I see X% unless backed by a true study that addresses cofounding factors re timing of testing and dosage. may or may not be true or have other benefits but just wanted to point that out. If you can think like a DR you can garner better care aswell as won't need to seek out pill mill clinics as will realize there decisions often come from best evidence. NEVER underestimate $$ as a motivator for care salesman pill mill Drs.. anyhoo carry on.

Right but I do 50 mg subcutaneous twice a week and my trough is 690, not bad!

I’m 60 and have been using aas for 42 years. Not continuously, but regularly. As I’ve gotten older I pay more attention to blood work (monthly) and take a few drugs to keep everything in or near range. I recently bought a large life insurance policy that required a lot of tests (blood, scans and a stress test). No issues.

My advice
Cardio 30 min every day
Watch bp closely (Telmisartin, nebivolol if over 125)
Use ezitamide, citrus bergamot and fish oil if any lipids are off
Monthly blood work.
Watch glucose carefully.
Get and stay lean (under 10% bf)
Eat a basic bb diet mostly, but enjoy life
Avoid tren and orals
You got pics? I'd love to see a 60+ year old stay under 10% while not competing.

That is unreal.

How's your hair?

How's your hair?
I always thought hair was overrated. I've been shaving that shit for off since I was a young man, well before I touched AAS. All my favorite AAS are supposedly not hair safe but my hair hasn't changed at all. I think genetics are a much stronger factor.

Mine started to thin out and some parts of the scalp are starting to smooth out, coincidentally it started when I included Masteron with my cuts so I think it helped with the thinning.

I have held on to it for about as long as I can.... I will have to make the decision before long to shave the head or keep rocking it!1724206409716834457976351301026.jpg

Correct me if wrong but you've never mentioned one word about hair care.

Daily topical Rogaine & RU58841 plus once-weekly microneedling is my protocol.

I also recently started taking a biotin product called "Hair Growth" by Nature's Bounty and another topical called Nioxin. In my case, it's all preventive since I still have hair.

tbh I don't really care and don't think it matters much for psychology

Bald & jacked isn't a bad combination.

40 is not old! In my mind anyways, you have more the ability then ever to self bio-hack and live life to the fullest. I also didn't kill myself on gear...started mid 20's when my growth and progress had come to a hault but even then it was so mild until I educated myself on cycles and such. Sometimes on the down side of mid 30's "cycling" just didn't make sense...I had more issues coming off...that's when I started a high dosed TRT or what some now would call a cruise. I add little compounds here and there but the ups and downs I try to avoid...I prefer slow gradual hills! I'm 47 now, my bloods are good. I do think at this age now more than ever bloods are important! Other than that why not live each day to its fullest!
