After accutane, different esters and compound combinations, brutal skin scrubbing and whatever else I could do to not have blood soaked t shirts in the gym I found out dairy was the culprit. I fucking love milk and cheese.... but one cup and I break out like chicken pox. Now it doesnt matter what I blast- no dairy=no zits

Not at the same time... wash off the nair, dry off and douse liberally over affected area. Tend skin helps the zits too... but diet is key with acne in a lot of people's experience
