First cycle log

On the plus side, gyno has started going away. I don’t feel anything hard underneath anymore, there’s is only fat. I haven’t started my AI yet either. Should I throw in some Tamoxifen for the next few weeks before my AI? Starting that about week 3 or 4.

Today’s was a fun day lifting, I got my father in law back into the gym. Felt like lifting with the boys all over again. Tomorrow he’s going to start lifting with me in the mornings at his gym. Should see some really solid gains having a lifting partner.

Also started focusing on the squeeze on the lats and lower back on deadlifts. Felt great for back day. I wanted to do rack pulls, but by time it was free we were already burning out.

Leg feels like a needle moved around in it. Another good lift at the new Gym. Always best when it’s just you and trainers there.

Feeling more aggressive/alpha in life. Energy is staying high from 6am to almost 10pm. Libido is through the fucking roof. Lifts and stamina are going up. Muscles are looking fuller. Just need to weigh myself to see if there’s a scale difference.

Great news! Tipped the scale at 198 @ 12% from 193.5 @ 11.4%. Stamina is coming back. Hour plus, nonstop workouts are becoming a regular thing.

Felt a little annoyed yesterday but nothing major. Towards the end of the day though, my nipples started itching. Reread through advice I’ve been give and multiple posts. Popped 6.25mg of Aromasin and 20mg of Tamoxifen last night. Then took another 20mg of Tamoxifen this morning with my NAC. Figure I’ll run it for four days and see how I feel. Nipples shrunk back down and aren’t a bother today.

Weighed 199 this morning at 10.8%, which makes sense since my calories were at 3200 yesterday. My workout felt like it was way too short at an hour and fifteen minutes.

Injection went smoother this morning, no pip nor soreness. This time I gripped it like a hammer and used my thumb for the plunger. Only issue is my hand shook a little while pressing down. Practice makes perfect.

Current side effects noticed are that I’m always running hot and I’m feeling the alpha test spike. Don’t really mind either, I’m just needing a few hits to mellow me back out.

Overall, feeling great. Mood is always positive and haven’t had any issues for the last week or so. I feel like TRT will be a good way to go for quality of life after this.

Sissy squats are a favorite of mine. If I could make a recommendation to you to give a shot next leg day after warming up and hitting deadlifts try hitting leg extensions then followed by your adductor work before going into squats and finish with sissy squats... tell me how that pump feels. Also, your squats should feel a hell of a lot smoother as well with the quads full of blood and adductors primed up.

Definitely giving that a try, haven’t ever thought to do that order before.
 
Learn it from Meadows. He’s big on doing adductor work before squats and some isolation work as well. Most of his leg days start out and end with a hamstring variation. Which, in my case is great because they definitely need work.

Okay, so adductors/abductors then extensions and curls, hit the main lifts and finish off with leg curls?

What do you guys recommend on AI for right now. I’m halfway through week three.

AI and SERMs have been

9/4 - 9/12 20mg of Tamoxifen
9/4 6.25mg Aromasin
9/8 6.25mg Aromasin
9/10 12.5mg Aromasin
9/12 6.25mg Aromasin

I started taking AI the day after my injections. Then went to Day of injections at 12.5mg after noticing by the night injection my nips were getting itchy and my moods were off. My energy crashed the last two days after doubling dosage. Went back to 6.25mg today and feel fine. 6.25mg two to three times a week seems to be the sweet spot for me. I won’t really know for a few more weeks till my blood test.

Any weigh in would be helpful. And the Tamoxifen is to see if I can shrink down my gyno. So far it has been working.

Must have ate and rested good this weekend. Weighed in at 204 around 11.8%. Have been feeling a little lethargic again. So I cut out AI completely and am continuing Tomaxifen daily till I can find balance.

Really blown away from my LBM increase from 171 to 180 in 4 weeks and no real fat increase. My bf did rollercoaster, but I don’t mind as long as I stay under 12%.

Going to keep moving the scale for the next two weeks and hopefully hit 210 around 11-12%. Then take my Anavar for October and finish out between 210-215 under 10% by week 10. I’ll determine on finishing at that point or squeeze out an extra two weeks on test only for a total of 12 weeks.

Spoke too soon on the AI. Nipple started getting itchy by about 6pm, took 6.25mg of Aromasin. That dose seems to get the job done.

Starting to feel the test. Where I’d normally fail, it kicks in and the reps just keeps going. That and as long as I eat clean, my body fat drops and muscle gets packed on in its place.
