Sissy squats are a favorite of mine. If I could make a recommendation to you to give a shot next leg day after warming up and hitting deadlifts try hitting leg extensions then followed by your adductor work before going into squats and finish with sissy squats... tell me how that pump feels. Also, your squats should feel a hell of a lot smoother as well with the quads full of blood and adductors primed up.So far, so good. Everything has been smooth sailing. No pip or soreness today. Got a nice pump on today’s leg day.

Learn it from Meadows. He’s big on doing adductor work before squats and some isolation work as well. Most of his leg days start out and end with a hamstring variation. Which, in my case is great because they definitely need work.Definitely giving that a try, haven’t ever thought to do that order before.
