So I have decided to make a doctors appointment following the workout with Brutus and coach. My back just ain't right. Doing a physical and will ask about the shoulder issue, back issue, and sleep apnea. They want to do a thyroid panel and check other hormones which is worrying as I'm cruising.

Sorry to learn the back isn't getting better but I'm happy to learn you're taking the next step to get it figured out.

What are you cruising on?

~200mg test. Was going to be adding in tren soon for meet prep/peaking but idk about that now. Going to call the lab and see exactly which panels are to be pulled.

It's my personal homebrew and I haven't tested TT on it at this dose so no idea.

Yeah, call and find out whats being ordered and then you can plan. Manipulating your TT is easy enough (you could make sure to have blood drawn before next pin), but getting your LH and FSH back in range is probably not feasible.

Alright just thought I let you guys know first time back squatting and dl today in 2 yrs. Nothing special 225 got parralel hip flexors do not want to realease. 240 dl that felt good was able to get down and drive and release nicely. Had Pl'er watch me said my dl was great but ah um struggled getting parallel squatting. I did but it wasn't until I hit a little heavier weight I was able to.

A lifter at coach's gym cannot break parallel without less than 400lbs on his back. He has extreme mobility issues.

For my hips I used a rumble roller and lacrosse ball as well as some good stretches with resistance bands. Try those plus some box squats to make sure you know where depth is.

Just spent the past few days reading through your log on my free time. Great work and lots of useful stuff. I'll definitely be watching on a regular basis from here on out.

Last night's workout was a nightmare. Did 3sets of good mornings and on the 3rd set my back just couldn't take it anymore. Gave up on them and did the 5sets of pull-ups I needed to. Went to do Pendlay rows and once again back wasn't having it. Finished with lat pulldowns. Was not able to do 3 of the lifts I needed to.
