Hey guys,
Firstly, I guess this counts as my introduction here. Though, I've been a member since last year. I just never felt the need to post until now. If anyone wants the full backstory of why I jumped on gear, let me know where to post that. However, this thread is intended primarily to outline my upcoming blast over the winter months.
(I wasn't sure if this ought to be posted here or in Cycle Logs. I can move the thread if necessary.)
I consider myself to be fairly knowledgeable but won't pretend to have first-hand experience with every compound under the sun, as I've only been on gear since February 2017. And no, I don't intend to ever come off. This was a personal decision made after several health problems and many months of research.
Okay. Time for some stats:
I'm 31, 6'1", 186lbs, 13% bf
I'd like to reach 220lbs at 10% within a year, then beyond... I'm pretty sure that's attainable under the right conditions, but I'm currently cruising until I receive a windfall of cash upon some property being sold. Even then, I plan to be sensible, ramping up the dosages dependant on results.
So here's the plan:
Test E @ 450-1,050mg pw
Proviron @ 50mg ed (am/pm)
Aromasin @ 25μg ed (am/pm)
Nolvadex @ 20mg ed
Winstrol @ 10mg MWF
Cialis @ 20mg ed
MK-677 @ 20-30mg ed (am/pm)
Accutane @ 20mg ed
Tren E @ 350-700mg pw
Caber @ 0.5mg MF
T-bol @ 60-90mg ed (am/pm)
GW501516 @ 20mg ed (am/pm)
Clen @ 40-80mg ed (on/off)
Plus supplements:
Multivitamin, omega oils, joint complex, minerals, test support, liver support, taurine, sleep aid, digestive enzymes, and apple cider vinegar.
I won't be starting until November-ish, so plenty of time yet to make adjustments and buy whatever I might need. I'll also be getting bloodwork done over the entire 3-6 months I plan to run this.
My diet will consist of:
200g protein, 100g fat, 400g carbs to start with, then increase as needed. Lots of chicken, whole eggs, salmon, yoghurt, fresh berries, white rice, bread, potatoes, and broccoli.
No shakes. No alcohol. Probably the occasional cheat meal, but I'll factor in the macros.
Training will be push/pull:
Mon, Thu = chest, shoulders, traps
Tue, Fri = back, biceps
Wed = legs (no squats)
Sat = rest
Sun = cardio
That's pretty much it! Any thoughts, questions or advice are respectfully welcome. I'm in the UK, by the way, in case that makes a difference.
