It's obvious what kind of "lifting" goes on at my gym when every time I come in all the plates are gone from the rack. Smith machines and leg press are always stocked though.
That's an nice bar but my gym doesn't have one. Bet that rack is all yours whenever you go to the gym lol.
At my gym the benchers steal all the plates from the 4 squat racks...go figure!
