It's obvious what kind of "lifting" goes on at my gym when every time I come in all the plates are gone from the rack. Smith machines and leg press are always stocked though.

That's an nice bar but my gym doesn't have one. Bet that rack is all yours whenever you go to the gym lol.

At my gym the benchers steal all the plates from the 4 squat racks...go figure!
 
That’s the one bar we don’t have. We’ve got yoke bars, deadlift bars, squat bars, 2 power racks, a mono lift, 3 forza benches and no fucking duffalo bar. WTH! Guess I’m going to do like Perrin and buy my own!
Duffalo bar is awesome. Saves shoulders and elbows without changing squat mechanics.

Adductors and abductors with bands 3x20

Chin ups 17, 17, 15 couldn't quite get 3x17

Girlfriend's mom commented that I'm looking skinny yesterday, so I think the cut is officially over, lol.
 
@Perrin Aybara you liking the face pulls with bench? I skipped them today until the heavier sets and wish I did them all. What do they even accomplish in relation to flat bench help?
For me any type of horizontal abduction with bench or before a bench session helps get the rotators warmed up. I've done a full back workout then but my bench session in the past. To be when I do the rowing prior to benching I've had some great bench sessions.

I like it. After reading stuff online I was expecting it to be really hard compared to a regular bar squat, but I don't think I'm really much weaker with it. I'm planning on trying some good mornings with it and some pin squats mimicking sumo deadlift starting position.

Deadlift was supposed to be doubles today. 550x2 went up like a warm up, then on 580 I tried pulling from a different spot on the platform because there's all kinds of dips and grooves in it and the bar rolled away from me, so I stopped at one rep. It was still fast though. Then just overshot it chasing numbers and pulled 615x1 and didn't try a second rep. Technically a PR, but I shouldn't have went for that much and just pulled 600ish for 2.

Considering doing a push/pull meet next month that's close to home. Not really do much for training for it except pull some triples two weeks out and deload the week of. Shoot for 1000lbs total
