You came a long way big guy so there is hope for you to really move heavy ass weight real soon. Going to compete in a meet at some point?

Got a preffered brand of bcaas, or are they more or less the same from brand to brand?

they vary brand to brand. they have more of one type of BCAA then the other. the kind i use is from True Nutrition. its flavorless so you can mix it with whatever youd like

5 sets 365lb
5 sets 345lb
2.close grip pin press 4x10 135 155 175 135
3.chest and arms did a couple bi and tri supersets to infinity, and wasn't really too sure on what to do for abs so i did some decline situps, planks, and cable crunches.

Decent workout, my legs were wrecked today, think i pushed a little too hard on squats last night but i dont care..now that i am actually feeling well snd hsve energy i can't really hold myself back lol.

But deads still moved pretty well so happy with that.

Pin press was interesting, never done those before so hopefully i did them.correctly haha.

You did the pin presses right my man and the deadlifts looked right on point for a 7RPE as well. Glad you're slamming the weights plus you got all weekend to recover.

But nah I'm not sure when I'm going to start that, just gonna keep training untill i feel i have peaked naturally,then probably throw some test into the mix and just start small and work up to the tren lol

I am of the school of thought to start with a nice big cycle. Since you will get your biggest gains from that one. I would use test anywhere from 750mgs/week to a gram with low dose tren ace @300-400mgs/week. That is just me.

Pump the breaks big guy I'm holding his horses back for a while. Lots of work we can do before pinning again. In about 1-2years you can give that advice :p

Hmm well shit idk, i'll look into it though. Either way, i have plenty of time to decide what I'm going to do. Like @RodgerThat said it will be another 1-2 years before i hope on the juice train to gainzville haha.

Lots more i can accomplish naturally, and i wanna know just how far i can go on my own first.
I definitely will cycle again in the future because i know some of the numbers i would like to hit just aren't going to happen naturally, just gonna take my time though.

Do you think that you'll achieve substantially more results from a big cycle early on?

Seems like a great way to stall out at an early stage... Then feel the need to add more compounds and higher dosages, then still make minimal results.

I think so. But I know we all respond differently. If the person can run their first cycle say 12-16 weeks with 750 to a gram of test and maybe add tren or not. I believe the gains would be substantially more.

Then cruise for twice the amount of time they were on on a dose of 150-180 test a week. And train hard eat good and maintain their gains. Once they hopped back on they could go for lower doses and the body should be able to grow with lower doses. Just my opinion based off my personal experiences.
 
Another absolute killer workout tonight

1.front squats 4x3 8rpe got 3 sets at 245lb last set was creepin up to 8.5 so backed down to 225 for the last set
2.flat TNG bench 4x10 7 rpe worked up to a top set of 175lb but ended up getting closer to rpe 8 on that so then backed down to 165 for the next 3 sets
3.leg press 2x20 whatever 3 plates a side is
4.lat pulldown 4x16 110lb
5.kbell swings 4x16
6.planks 3 sets to failure

Just felt real real fuckin good tonight, smashed those front squats, hell even my bench is feeling stronger haha life is good. Added in some more calories today so fuck yeah! Haha

Frakkin electrolyte freezy pops yo! Lmao they were on sale so i bought like 3 packs and put them in the freezer at work, will update on if they are any good tomorrow.
 
The freezy pops are fucking delicious, and only 45 calories. Phefuckinnomenal.

1.deadlift 4x3 8RPE 375lb
2.clean n jerk 4x2 9RPE 2 sets 155 then dropped to 135 for remaining two sets
3.seated rows 4x12 120lb
4.OHP 3x8 7RPE 115lb

Felt amazing tonight, deads were slick as butter.

@RodgerThat you'll be happy to know i finally decided to stop being a sissy and began my journey into the world of hookgrip, seems all the cool kids are doing it these days lol
 
@insaiyan93 dude, nothing wrong with enjoying the natty life until you hit your Max potential. I waited until I was maxed out as well but I just didn't know anything about AAS, probably would have made the wrong choice if I had the resources, lol. I'm pretty sure I'm headed back to natty for a while myself with the arm letting go.

Not a bad choice at all bro.
