3.chest and arms did a couple bi and tri supersets to infinity, and wasn't really too sure on what to do for abs so i did some decline situps, planks, and cable crunches.
Decent workout, my legs were wrecked today, think i pushed a little too hard on squats last night but i dont care..now that i am actually feeling well snd hsve energy i can't really hold myself back lol.
But deads still moved pretty well so happy with that.
Pin press was interesting, never done those before so hopefully i did them.correctly haha.

I am of the school of thought to start with a nice big cycle. Since you will get your biggest gains from that one. I would use test anywhere from 750mgs/week to a gram with low dose tren ace @300-400mgs/week. That is just me.Haha shiiii i Dunno!
But nah I'm not sure when I'm going to start that, just gonna keep training untill i feel i have peaked naturally,then probably throw some test into the mix and just start small and work up to the tren lol

I think so. But I know we all respond differently. If the person can run their first cycle say 12-16 weeks with 750 to a gram of test and maybe add tren or not. I believe the gains would be substantially more.Do you think that you'll achieve substantially more results from a big cycle early on?
Seems like a great way to stall out at an early stage... Then feel the need to add more compounds and higher dosages, then still make minimal results.
