Progress/training log part 3: Operation retard strengthstrength

@insaiyan93 dude, nothing wrong with enjoying the natty life until you hit your Max potential. I waited until I was maxed out as well but I just didn't know anything about AAS, probably would have made the wrong choice if I had the resources, lol. I'm pretty sure I'm headed back to natty for a while myself with the arm letting go.

Ya man I'm a year now without pinning and have no qualms at all or any thoughts of hopping back on honestly. I'm not trying to be a beast like all y'all are just trying to stay athletic and half decently strong but more entice on just enjoying things rather then training for those things so I lift 2-3x a week max but I climb, ride, hike and stuff regularly. Just different goals now and I'm focused on getting smaller and more callisyetically strong with speed rather then just pure strength. Ain't nothing wrong with the natty life done right
 
Ok session tonight. Put in a twenty hour long day helping with installation out on the islands yesterday. Didnt get off the ferry back home till 12:30 and home till 1. So didn't get much rest so i didn't push too hard today.


1.squat 5x5 9RPE 275lb
2.comp bench 4x3 8RPE 185lb
3.front squat 4x4 8RPE 2 sets 185 2 sets 165
4.incline DB flys 3x12 35lb

Nothin special like i said but i was just still pretty exhausted. Was a long day yesterday but worth it since it was about a $400 dollar day.

Your "okay session" that was "nothing special" is equal to when you were 270lb on the cut so I think that's pretty good my man :p

2.close grip oin press 4x10 175 155 155 155
3.arms/abs did a couple giant sets to infinity
Barbell curl/tri push down/leg raises
Dumbbell curl/cross chest tri extension/cable crunches

Felt good tonight despite being fairly drained from a long week

My thumbs are not happy with me, after about the 4th set of deads thay hookgrip really started digging in, but I'm determined to stick with it and hopefully i will get used to it.

Going to meet my girl in seattle tomorrow to see slayer Lamb of god and Behemoth so i will do my best to not fuck off too much with diet and not drink too much,but uh...no gaurantees because....well...slayer lol

Good session with the missus tonight

1.deadlift 4x3 8rpe 385lb
2.clean n jerk 4x2 9rpe worked up to a top set of 175lb but it was closer to 9.5 rpe so i dropped down to 155 for the rest but 175x2 is a pr so das coo
3.bent over row 4x12 135lb
4.OHP 3x8 7RPE 120lb

Skipped last night, was still feeling super beat up from being in the pitt for 4 hours at the concert and needed an extra day to recoup haha show was fucking incredible though!

Girl did great tonight, first time doing deadlifts and she didn't like them at first but after a few sets she warmed up to them and ended up pulling 100lbs for her last couple sets of 3 so super proud of her. Form needs some work but for her first time i was pleased with her progress.

Deadlifts moved smooth as silk for me tonight, so i am pretty damn pleased with that, just been adding 10lbs a week snd keeping pace so thats awesome.

4.incline DB press 3x12 65lb

Wasn't feeling super great tonight for whatever reason but pushed through and made a little progress on both squats (added 10lbs) and bench (added 5lbs) so all in all not a terrible night.
