224lbs I’m these taken post workout today. My right arm is so much more freakin vascular than my left it drives me insane. Anyways. Goal is adding muscle and getting stronger. Not looking to be no instagram model shredded right now. I wanna get bigger, stronger, and not lose control in body composition which I don’t think I could ever do anyways. But still. Keep calories up even after the blast. Only about 4 weeks left. Finish Gamma Bomb then start another Meadows program and keep growing.
Nice work man! Your shoulders and chest are looking swole. How many pounds you up this year brother?

Trained a client after doing this leg workout and my legs literally were shaking the whole hour standing there putting her through a back routine. Ridiculous but I love it.
 
Barbell squat drop sets are among the most murderous things I’ve done, so fuckin brutal. On the last drop I can’t even breathe ha. My old trainer used to surprise me with those from time to time. And you did em after heavy leg press on your own. I applaud you! Very well done :cool:

Bro I worked up to 315 for 8 on the 3rd set and barely squeezed it out and I’m like fuck no. No way am I doing another set with this especially a drop. I had to drop it or I would have crumbled under the bar haha. Plus no spot I was a bit nervous.
 
I like what you did there, the reps are more important so better to get the 24 than 8 more with 315, then you’re toast and maybe only get 2-3 with 275.

This arm workout was fucking awesome today. Wish I had enough time to finish it and hit the Toe Raises but. Oh well. Life happens. Stupid pump though.
 
Off day today. Legs are still sore as all hell from the other day. Glutes are just destroyed from smith lunges. You know you did it right when it’s hard to sit down and take a shit. Anyways. Night sweats are getting worse by the day and aggression has went up a bit as well. Nothing uncontrollable but enanthate is definitely a lot easier to deal with in my opinion than acetate. This run with tren has been very smooth thus far. Var is alright as well. Should have saved it and used for a cut down the road. Wish I would have ran turanibol instead. But. Everything’s a learning experience. Looking forward to chest/back/shoulder pump workout tomorrow. Also starting night shift tomorrow so schedule is gonna be so fucked for a good 3-4 weeks. Not looking forward to it.

Yeah man schedule changes suck, one thing I do NOT miss about bartending. My schedule changes in July so i’ll move from morning to evening workouts for a month or so. Morning sessions are definitely my preference :(

Same man I’m not looking forward to the switch up. Then getting it all switched around again in a few weeks.

You and @DrankSlangin been crushing your leg days. I’ve never used Tren E interesting that you like it better then Ace. I had my first night of Tren sweats just last night. Have you ever used methyldiazirinol before? It’s one of my favorite designers orals. It’s like a cross between SD and Anavar. I’ve got some in the stash and have been considering adding it to the end of my blast. Will see? Anyway treat yourself good, enjoy your rest day and eat well brother!

No man I’ve never heard of it. Idk why. I chose to run anavar. I guess before the blast I had assumed I’d wanna get lean at the end. But honestly I wanna stay in a surplus. Stay tight. And let my body grow. So. Already a few weeks deep into the var. not gonna hurt and anything that comes from it will be lean gains. My night sweats are crazy I woke up soaked. But on Tren Ace my aggression just seems explosive and comes in outbursts over the stupidest shit. With enanthate I honestly feel well balanced most of my day. Even when things go wrong it’s still like ok. Which is great. Also though when I last ran ace it was higher than the dose I’m on now with enanthate so I’m sure that plays a role as well. Anyways thanks man. These leg workouts from Meadows are brutal but my legs are damn near stronger than they’ve ever been.

I have a totally fucked up schedule from bartending. Thurs, Fri, Sat, in those nights I go to sleep 5-6 am in the morning. Then the other half the week I’m up at 7:30 am to go to work at the grow op. This is worse then just working all nights or even worse then working the graveyard shift all week. This is the ultimate sleep yo-yo and I’ve been doing it for 8 years.

I feel your pain man I switch shifts like every three weeks. Sometimes every two weeks. It changes all the time.

Service industry schedules are the worst. Clopens specifically ugh. Switching up working days and nights all the time really fueled my alcoholism back then. I’d drink myself to sleep not caring that drunk sleep is not real sleep o_O
