Just my 2 cents @The ole man. I did the same first cycle last year 500 test cyp for 15 weeks I think lol. Straight I to cruise at 200 test cyp a week. I ran my adex starting week 4 at .5 e3d and found it crashed my estro. Dropped to .5 every 5 or 6 days, not the best but worked for me. I have taken no adex on my cruise yet and going on I dunno 12 or 15 weeks so far.

I get my bloodwork Tuesday, so hopefully fri we see some numbers.
If everything looks good, then I’m thinking about running orals at the end of the cycle for 2 to 4 weeks, another 2 weeks test at 300/wk, then right into a cruise with test cyp 200/wk.

I honestly don’t have a clue what I’m going to do after the cruise... I really would like to continue to blast and cruise for a couple more years before calling it quits but who knows. What I will say though is what’s became more appealing to me over time and up until now is starting to utilize shorter cycles and also use all short esters. So everything is in and out a lot quicker. I’d rather do 8-10 weeks on/off more frequently than running 16 plus week cycles and taking equal time off. So if and when my next blast does happen it will more likely be test, npp, and anadrol or superdrol.
 
Update:

Lower back still doesn’t feel great from the other day when doing SLDL. Slight improvements but not enough to feel up to doing my lower body power day and putting compression on by spine. So that was skipped and Back/Shoulders will be going down in a few hours. I feel like for now I’m going to give it a couple weeks of just doing lower body hypertrophy and skipping the power day just for the sake of making sure my lower back didn’t progress backwards. Also, if it doesn’t make improvements by the end of the week I will go and get looked at. I believe what caused it what not warming up enough. Even though SLDL was my 4th exercise I know better when it comes to my lower back that I need a thorough warm up and I neglected that. End result=slight injury.

Cruise Update:
This is 6 weeks into my cruise and I don’t feel like I’ve lost much whatsoever. Definitely tightened up, strength hasn’t changed much whatsoever I’m actually still making improvements with either reps and/or weight from week to week. Still going to continue to train hard and work around this slight set back. I’m out of test cyp so what I’ve been wanting to give a shot is taking sustanon the rest of my cruise @250mg/wk and see how that goes. I’ve read a lot and seen a lot of people giving that a go and figured why not since I’m stocked up on it. So instead of 200mg of test C per week it will be 250mg if sustanon every 10 days.

Lower back has improved tremendously but isn’t to the point where I’m mortable putting stress of a direct compound movement onto it this week. Again as you guys can see I went in the gym and have just done my own thing. I moved last week so I had to find a new gym. LUCKILY I stumbled into an old Golds Gym near my house and it’s big and has solid equipment. First time using a unilateral leg Press and they’re fucking awesome. Hands down one of my fav exercises now for legs. Gonna continue to push hard and add some more volume next week. Tomorrow will be an off day and possibly take a second one if needed.
 
Following along with you back on PHAT makes me miss PHAT. I believe I had the best progression on PHAT. Currently RP program and I dont feel I am making very much progression. Think I will spin back around to PHAT closer to summer once the turnaround at work is complete.

One pin of sust E10D was my first experience with AAS. I was 22. 20yrs ago lol. 8 total, no pct, no ai. It worked very well for me. I was 195 at the start ended up a solid 205-210, Im 6'. A buddy had everything. $20 each time and he pinned me. Lol It was on after that! I used EliteFitness.com forum. Got scammed on my first order by someone called Tiger Fitness. Lol Then I found a few solid sources. As a matter of fact one is still around. Things were looking good for me, but I started ordering Nubain, then ghb, then more drugs, then meth and coke. Everything went to shit. True story.
