The DNP Retatrutide Extreme Fat Loss Cycle

Hey guys I’m not dead, just lost all interest in this stuff and have been going through a rough time (mental health stuff, and my business is very stressful).

I didn’t fall off!
I was at 280 something when I disappeared, I’m at around 255 now with a lot more muscle. A lot of this time was recomping, no motivation for gulag deficits anymore. I’m just not obsessed like I used to be. I take my sema, I eat less, and that’s about it. It’s just not an interest in my life anymore, my business, working out, and my spiritual life is.

Some highlights
1. Did my first pull-up at 263. First time I ever felt like bragging about how fat I am.
2. Hit 240 on the bench before getting injured! Road to 225 is complete.
3. Hit a 380 deadlift and got more injured (passed out and fell on my recovering shoulder)
4. Jogged for 30 minutes straight last week, never knew I had it in me.
5. Fitting into XL shirts for the first time in over 7 years. The plan is to get down to a medium and then earn my way back up to large

About this injury
I put myself through hell for about 3 weeks to get my first pull-up. My shoulders got shredded the fuck up. This was at the same time I was going for a 255 bench (failed it right at the top, I was so close!!!). Since then it’s been a lot of rehab. Plus side is I grew some nutty forearms not being able to train anything else upper body.

Protocol
Nothing wild for weight loss, I just take my sema and 25mcg/100mcg T3/T4. 250/week test, and I added primo for e2, 350mg/week. I’m expecting that dose to go down as I shed more fat.

We’re just glad you’re ok. Hopefully, you get through what you’re dealing with.

Sometimes backing up and just taking things on a slow steady pace is the way to go, it’s actually a normal scenario for someone to jump the gun and go ham on the honeymoon phase then lose interest then just fall back to normalcy.

At least you’re didn’t completely give up, you’re doing good if you’re still at it even if it’s a slower pace of progress.

Sounds like you are on a sane and sustainable protocol now. Great! Nice work man! Keep up the steady reasonable progress!

True. From what I can tell, he looks relatively in good shape. You can hold on to most of your lean mass on TRT and use to Tirz to achieve a comfortable 1,000 daily calorie deficit. Still relatively aggressive IMO and can drop a significant amount of bodyfat in a couple of months.

He’s wearing dark baggy clothes, no way of knowing if he’s in good shape. Dropped weight ….. yes. In good shape …. I highly doubt it ir he wouldn’t be wearing dark baggy clothes.

I would be wearing whatever still somewhat fits me, most of my closet is completely unusable. I like wearing black, there’s no plot to make myself look thin lmao.

I’m in a hell of a lot better shape than when I started, and I’m more physically capable than the average person that doesn’t train.

I’m itching to do something extreme again, been going slow & steady since April. I’m ready to go through it again and see a massive change.

Thanks bro, I still got a lot of work left to do, but I’m a lot closer. Losing muscle is a big concern, but I’m betting I can mitigate it with the compounds I’ll be running and all this bodyfat I got for my body to feast on. I’ll get it back real quick either way though.

Fuck yeah man. It is absolutely obvious the transformation you’ve gone through. IMO you are clearly holding far far more muscle than you were while holding significantly less fat. If you’re already trying two plates you’re killing it dude. Hell of a change in a year!

Thanks brother! I woke up and started blasting 500mg of test because I got pissed that I ran out of primo lmao. Switched to 350 test, 350 primo, 40-60 mg Var after a week, the total cycle lasted 6 weeks. The recomp went really good, this is me before and after, I ended at the same exact bodyweight.

This cycle was wild. I tried adding 4iu GH at one point and put on 12 lbs of water in 6 days. I also gave myself a phlebotomy…
 
It got very hard to take decent pics of muscle gains, because I put on so much water, and I’m already fat as shit lmao. Here’s a few I was able to grab though.

Great job, keep going man, as it’s normal for things to slow down; be careful not to resort to risky protocols again. Just keep plugging at it at a steady pace so you don’t risk stopping due to health issues.
