Tren Question: Planning Macros to Avoid Side Effects

Well I started on Monday so I will keep everyone updated. When I'm done I'll also provide a log of how it affected my mood over time. Since I use the app Bearable to track my mental health, I can see how different substances affect my mood, different symptoms such as irritability, lethargy, moodiness, my sleep, etc. I started using towards the end of my Test/NPP/anavar cycle about 2 months ago, so I unfortunately don't have any real baseline built up yet, but it'll still be interesting nonetheless.
If you're curious I have a log that I started about 3 weeks ago tracking progress and side effects. I have had almost zero issues with tren sides, luckily for me. So far the worst thing has been intermittent indigestion, but that only happens when I stray too far off of my clean diet. Otherwise I have been pretty good. But there are things that I am doing to mitigate other sides, mostly insomnia, and I supplement with a few things also.

I use to react very well to tren, but I'm older now and my body HATES the stuff so mast/var it is. I TOTALLY understand the appeal of tren, but I don't think the inevitable health risks down the road are worth it so keep that in mind.

IMHO tren use=heart attacks later in life.
 
Well so far things are going extremely smoothly. Perhaps a little too smoothly...lol

Running my 200 mg of test cruise dose with 175 mg of tren ace/week and I also decided to throw in 40 mg of anavar per day. Started the Tren/Var on 3/22.

Having zero side effects from the tren at all. Tren sweats haven't been a thing even on Sunday when i ate 316 grams of carbs. My insomnia hasn't gotten worse at all, but as I've said before I take meds to put me to sleep, so not super surprised there.. So far I get much worse sweats on NPP than I do on tren (but for NPP my standard dosage is 350 mg/week). No mental sides, my temper is the same, no sexual sides. Is it even working? I am tempted to increase the dose, but perhaps I am just being impatient...? Anyone have any advice here?

I was literally in the exact same boat as you with respect to feeling perfectly normal. I didn't even really feel it in the gym when I was at 175. I didn't really start feeling it until I bumped it up to 245 mg/wk. I kept bumping 35 mg/wk until I hit 315 (175, 210, 245, 280, 315, all over a span of about 4 weeks), which is where I am now and I feel like it is definitely the sweet spot. I am having great workouts, recovery is pretty good, strength is going up, and I am having zero sides still.

I have also been bumping up my test. initially I was at about a 1:1 ratio but now I am closer to 1.3:1 test:tren. I am running 420:315. With everything I read about how powerful tren was, I thought 175 would be more than enough, but it wasn't.

I thought I was being impatient as well, but it turns out I just wasn't using enough.

so basically you are a normal human being (other then the fact you believe the bullshit you read online how you will break out in a rage and need a fan).

there was never any reason to expect stage sides or amazing fat melting off at tren. its a tool that helps give you a boost above being natural like most AAS. there Is no holy grail. there are guys walking around who don't know what a steroid is who look 10x better than guys running grams of tren drol and hgh. if steroids and tren were a magic bullet you wouldn't see so many guys over the gym 10 percent bf with a gut and no veins

and yes you should increase your baby dose, but don't expect sides just because mrmuscle9000lbfatass online told you he melts off fat eating mcdonalds and tren and all the milfs on the treadmill run up and sucks his dick when he walks in the gym cuz that magic trenbalonia has veins the size of snakes popping off his delts.
 
I’m finding myself very much enjoying tren. My body seems to handle it very well. I’m actually calmer. Sleep better. Sex drive is about the same though more intense. I honestly think my natural sex drive trumps people’s on large doses of tren. I used to get off double digits everyday on nothing. Anyways. Minimal sweating at night despite a large meal right before bed. Done carbs no carbs and it’s the same. The only thing I’ve noticed really is I shit weird. Lots of med dumps. But everything moves through. I’m just curious on how much I should max out at. I mean. I want more like I want water. It’s odd. I have noticed mild headaches throughout the day, though not while working out or doing cardio. I do have a tooth ache and get paranoid. I’m 8 weeks in on enanthate

I would maintain or back off the dose then, it sounds like you’re starting to get mental sides. If it’s working, why fuck it up?

Use less gear and put in more work ESPECIALLY with tren!
 
Cant be more work than what I do. I lift 2x at la fitness. 2 30 min cardio sessions and a final pump workout at my home gym at night. I mean I put in almost 5 hours a day

yeah. 2 1.5 hour gym sessions. 2 hours cardio well I guess a little less than 5 a day now. I get a check from the military every month so that’s why I have the time to work on myself for that long. It’s addiction plus body dismorphia that drives me lol.
 
there is no possible way to answer this without giving you a generic blanket statement ... you need to play with it and find out what works for you .

Just ride it out. You can up it more. But i was running higher and was fine, but then the sides do creep. It really depends on the place your in mentally as you run it.
 
I sweat like a whore during nickel night no matter what I do while on Tren for about 6 weeks. Generally at that point the sweats and my trensomnia go away simultaneously.

My clothes and sheets get drenched in Tren sweat to the point where girls can still smell the Tren on them after being washed (on the upside, most girls I have dated find Tren to be very pleasant smelling).


For me the carbs don't have any effect. Have tried low/no carb and high carb before bed. Both did dick.

I sweat night and day but the night sweats are far worse.

I sweat from odd places like my chest and lower back when on Tren. Never had hot sensations though, just the opposite. I feel cold as fuck when I have the tren sweats. Will literally shiver while sweat pours off me.
