Wanna look like a physique competitors? Why you'll probably have to take more than them



I get why you did this, I would have probably done similar.
But having to scroll past that every time you post is going to lose its novelty pretty quick.
 
Putting age aside, I'd argue it doesn't matter whether I up the dose to 500 mg/week consistently or 5000 mg/week, the structure/genes will never be there.
Maybe not, but 500mg/week will limit you to a certain size.

I believe in maxing out what you can do for each dose, and not starting out with grams of gear, but let's be realistic. There is a dose/size relationship, if all else is equal.


but I've come to terms with genes setting the bar when it comes to really getting somewhere in competitive BB. A pretty successful NPC nationals competitor (actually beat Jay Cutler at the Nationals) took a quick look at me in the 90s and concluded as much..."kid, stick to basketball".

That's too bad. He really has no way to know looking at a natty kid what he can do.

Genetic potential is so much more than just showing up looking like a bodybuilder when a natural teenager.
