To be fair, I do have short upper arms.

I do train legs...well one calf.

Gotta get religious with the hammer curls and some reverse curls my heavily muscled friend

Thanks brother. Farley gut is hanging on for dear life though. Lol I gotta have a tooth ripped out here real soon, so liquid diet may help get rid of it. I just wanted to finish this long cycle first.
For sure I've been hit reverse curls 3 to 4 times a week. Long limbs sucks.

My doctor sprung trt bloods in me, I need to see her sometime this month.
I'm itching to start, last cycle ended last December.
I haven't made up my mind on a deca or tren cycle.
I think I make keep this whole fat boy theme I have going on and run the deca lol.
