I attempted to break my BW pull-up PR and failed.

^ I'm going to give this program a shot... Maybe you'll want to try it out! I haven't been adding any pullups to my max recently. I don't bring my chin above the bar though :oops:

Also, 7 pullups is more than the majority of the guys at my gym can do! Well done! If I'm feeling sneaky one of these days I'll get some video of the basketball team players that workout at my gym - I've never seen anything so pathetic as these guys trying to do pullup. The "s" was purposely left out of pullup there... Yeah. :)

Thanks for the link! It sounds promising and I might just give it a try as well. 10 is my goal, but I'd be beyond pleased to get to half of 50, haha.

And thank you for the compliment on my 7 pull-ups, lol. It sounds so little but I'm very proud of myself for being able to do them.:) I have a pull-up bar hanging in my doorway but don't use it enough. Time to change that!

Please do sneak a video. I love watching all those gym fail videos online, lol. I'm always tempted to record someone at my gym (lots of comedic stuff) but get scared they'll catch me, haha.

No problem! Let me know if you start it, I'm going to start it in like 2 weeks or so. I can probably do 15 if you hold a gun to my head lol.. I'd like to be able to double that but all 250 lbs of me fights gravity like a mother fucker. :)

Yeah those bball guys, wow. They use bands, only go down halfway, they swing themselves like they are kipping, they actually do chin ups with a supinated grip and they still can't do 7 lol... You would think they could do 100 since they are pretty lightweight slender guys but.. Not so much.

For sure! Going to read up on it once more and see when I can start incorporating it.

15 is very good I.M.O. especially since you're not a twig like those b-ball players you speak of.:p Try working on getting that chin above the bar. You can do it.;)

BB hip thrusts are a great addition. Not only do they help build and lift the glutes, they help with strengthening your squat. Just food for thought.

Haha, awww. I saw your pics when I snuck into the boys only clubhouse earlier, lol.:cool: You made nice gainz!

Thanks so much for the compliments on my back and quads.:) I still have around 7 more weeks of my cycle left and can't wait to see how much more I can progress.
