Day 77, 6/21/16
Weight: 138.8
Anavar: 7.5mg.

I'm tapering off the Anavar for the rest of my cycle. I dropped my dose down from a total of 15mg. per day to 7.5mg. as of this morning and will drop it further to 2.5mg. a few days from now.

Sides are the same except I have a couple new blemishes on my upper back. I'm also looking forward to having some of this water weight drop off post cycle.

I got a couple compliments at the gym. One regular said he was amazed at how my body composition has changed so much in a short amount of time. Another was hinting that he knew I was on steroids. Lol

You may be surprised. At a low dose of a single oral you may not feel much different at all.

I think a lot of times the people (of both sexes) that feel terrible after finishing a cycle are those who also let their diets go to shit and take some time off from lifting.

Those factors may have as much or more to do with feeling bad as no longer being on AAS do. The other thing I think most people tend to downplay is attitude. If you go into thinking you are going to be miserable you probably will be whereas if your attitude is I'm going to fight like hell to maintain what I gained things will tend to go much better.

I've been tiring out a little easier during my last couple gym sessions. For most of my cycle, I've had an overabundance of energy and endurance. I would typically feel like I could keep going after lifting for two + hours. But these past couple times I've been in the gym, I was already beat and ready to go after an hour and a half. It's not necessarily a bad thing because I'm still able to lift heavy and break PR's. Just something I noticed and thought I should log.
