Daily Log to 2019 Show Season

Give blood recently? And is the 140 an average reading?

If you’ve given blood, add in a bit of cardio and see if it helps. BP is a good marker but it can be skewed by so many things that aren’t drug related.
It's been pretty consistent, 135 to 140. I gave blood around 2 months ago. Been on cycle just under 3 weeks.

I did not, but I also haven’t checked for a few weeks. I’m sure my rbc/hematocrit is up again, but that’s never fucked with my BP oddly. It’s always been pretty stable and headaches and such are never an issue for me. TBH i tried to test it again yesterday in CVS but the cuff was too small.

@Mac11wildcat if you don't have one already this is the BP monitor and cuff I have at home. It's the best I've found for bodybuilders. The cuff will accommodate any large arm. It's been super accurate and it's a/c and battery powered if you want to take it with you.

Awesome man thanks for the recommendation. Will be scooping that up.

Donated a couple months ago. Just started back to the gym last week after a few months off

Hey boys, been generally off the board for a couple weeks. So here’s an update.

Cruising now until prep which looks to be starting sooner than later. With the cals I’m carrying I expect to grow into the show a bit. We’re also making a run at a national qualifier 8-10 weeks prior to the national show I want to compete at, so another opportunity to grow into something vs peaking twice in 2-3 weeks. 6000 cals should be a nice pad to prevent dipping to 2k or below for prep.

Show stack is shaping up to be a test/EQ/oral start (may include some deca/NPP at the beginning) moving to test/primo/mast/tren/prov with winny/possibly another oral near the show. GH staying at 3iu currently. No slin on the radar.

I anticipate just blasting through the qualifier (do not expect to need to peak 100% and pull drugs to qualify here) and save the cocktail/pulling gear for the national go.

AM weight is down around 209. Training weight near 214ish. I screwed up for a good 1.5 weeks on diet being inconsistent due to work and general life. Back on my shit.

Added 15mins of fasted at 430am to get my prep scheduled going. Feeling good.

Prep is upon us. Coach decided to kick it off at 18+ weeks (undecided on show). I won’t list everything to the T as this is his knowledge and method that he gets paid for, but I’ll obviously cover the major stuff; macros, key meal timing, supps, gear, etc.

Since I know it’s what everyone wants to see first, here’s the first phase of gear:
-750mg Test Cyp
-600-800 EQ (I’ve always run 600, like test, might be time to elevate a bit)
-350+ NPP (had it left over, have time to get some extra growth, plus joint comfort)
-oral (undecided)
-anti-e as needed but a combo of arimidex and aromasin

This will evolve in to the following close to the shows:
Test P, Tren A, Mast P, Primo, Proviron, Winny

Gh and Slin:
-3-4iu/day of Grey Tops (5 of 7 days a week)
-insulin at 4iu preworkout and 4iu with scheduled cheat meals (the daily 4iu is 2-3 on 1 off)

When the insulin is here i think the 4iu gH will be 2 AM or before bed and 2 preworkout.

Diet is mostly unchanged this far out, just minor changes to macros. Similar caloric content (6k).

Supplements:
-TUDCA
-NAC
-Creatine
-Multi + Greens
-Berberine
-EAAs
-RedCon1 MRE
-Liver/Kidney/Organ support
-L Carnitine
-CLA
-Preworkout after a break I’m taking now
-carb supp (Gatorade for now)

Cardio is 5x a week, 20 mins fasted or post workout.

Training remains my choice which is a 4 on 1 off
1. Chest/delts/tris
2. Back/bis
3. Quad focus leg day (heavy squats)
4. Arms
5. Off
6. Repeat 1
7. Repeat 2
8. Ham focus leg day (heavy DLs)
9. Repeat 4

I wish I was in that good of shape to start my prep. I'm thinking about doing one in 15 weeks or 19 weeks, depending on which show I do. I feel like I'm way off though. Cant tell if its body dysmorphia or if I actually look like shit.

Post some photos man, we’re here to help. IMO if you’re worried take the longer route and be ready early. But dysmorphia is real lol.

Yes. Most likely novalog.

If I’ve got a conservative coach who can get me comfortable I figured why not. Pulling out all the stops.

I hear ya. I’m nowhere near your level, but I’m interested in implementing it in the near future. I’ll probably wait until next year but we shall see. I know seeing someone’s first run with your success thus far will really help guys like me learn in an intelligent manner.

Happy to provide any opportunity for learning I can. Hoping it gives me a nice help combined with the gH and growth oriented stack in the beginning.

Any idea how long you’ll stay in a growth phase before transition to your cutting stack?

Will the slin stay in throughout?
