Daily Log to 2019 Show Season

Any idea how long you’ll stay in a growth phase before transition to your cutting stack?

Will the slin stay in throughout?
Slin will stay and I would guess it’ll be used a bit more heavily come the time for filling out for the stage. gH will stay, maybe pulled closer to show, no idea yet.

The “cutting” compounds would begin heavily 6 weeks out (switch to prop, add tren winny and prov) primo will be added in when I’m confident I found legit product and it make sense financially (gets expensive quick), mast will start as E probbaly 12-14 weeks out and switch to P at 6 weeks. NPP will drop 6 weeks from now. Not sure when EQ will come out.

You might as well start brewing! Primo is relatively affordable in that case.

I’ll definitely share my carb-up around the show with you guys. This far out it’s still full cheat meals. When it becomes cleaner refeeds I’ll be sure to share those as well.

I def want to track things at that stage like the pages Milos Sarcev posted.

I’ll post the new diet macros later today and whenever they get an update. Just don’t want to share the entire meal structure/foods/etc.

Okay, so it’s the actual food sources that is the secret. That’s very interesting.

I wouldn’t call it secret.

I just prefer to keep the work he gets paid for from being completely exposed. The drugs were coordinated with me, not dictated. Diet is mostly mine at this point with modifications. Supps are his recommendations but not at all special.

The important thing to remember is it serves almost nobody else but me. The info is good, but it isn’t directly applicable anywhere else.

True, true. I think many would agree diet is the most intricate aspect to dial in compared to training or drugs.
 
Cals sitting at 6500 right now for training days. The increase was spread pretty evenly across protein, carbs, and fats.

Offdays are the change; now excluding every meal around training (pre/intra/post) which accounts for ~1200 cals (75g protein, 200g carbs, 20g fat ish) which fucking blows because I literally don’t know what to do with my hands not eating right now.

Still waiting on the slin to be added.

Extra food filled me back up quick from my week and a half of fucking up.

due to the shitshow in Pristine’s thread, the tidbits of gear i don’t have that I’ll need to finish prep won’t be coming from him. Unsure of where yet.

Checked my google doc and I don’t have the complete cycle outlined from last prep which is unfortunate.

I did find my weekly checkins though. 198 on the left, ~218 on the right at about the same number of weeks from show.

Last prep started at 4200 cals at 16 weeks out. Looking like 2000 extra cals and an extra week or so.

Adjustments came in this morning; haven’t added up macros but will. I think the cals going up the first time was a check on his part of if I was actually eating what I said I was. Will have that for you guys tomorrow.

Cals for week two down to 5700, macros are 510/700/90ish.

Cardio still 20mins, I’m doing it on all training days which works out to 4 on/1 off vs the stipulated 5 on/2 off.

I’ve been a shithead and need to get the slin moving; hopefully gets here this week. All else is rolling on.

With the planned distance between qualifying and a national show being so large the plan is to be ready early, get a week or so of recovery in after the qualifier, and hopefully do some reverse dieting into the national show.

About to complete week 2 at 5700 cals, 5x20m cardio per week (post workout, stairs) and my 4 on 1 off training. Test/EQ/NPP still in. GH still at 3. When insulin arrives itll be 2 fasted, 2 preworkout I think, along with the slin.

AM weight is between 209-211, PM on my home scale about 215-216.

The support system I have for this prep BLOWS away last prep. I’m motivated and a bit pissed off; doesn’t get any better than that.

Back up jjst over 6k with 500/725/120. Weight in the AM is down around 208, training weight near 215 and photos get cleaner every time i check in. Slow and steady. It would appear he’s setting up my fats and proteins to be high enough that we can essentially pull carbs without adding protein or fat later to make up cals. They’re already in when i can afford for cals to be high. We’ll see.
 
How do eat that much? I have been on 4.8k and I was miserable af. Could eat it but there was no way I could've add food on top of that
