Another big absence from Meso; sorry boys. Ready to close out this piece of shit year.

called my offseason off a few weeks ago. Head wasn’t right, insulin resistance had crept in (I appear to be hyper sensitive to that side effect of gH), BP slightly elevated, was time for a break. Not trying to be a diabetic with chronic health issues at 35.

went 4 weeks without a pin while trying to focus on health: stayed on my supps, fixed some gaps, added a little cardio, cut carbs down. BP is down to 120/70. Fasted glucose is down but I’m learning my meter is way too inaccurate so planning a glucose/a1c test here soon just to solidify where I am.

on a “bridge” now of 250 test, 150 deca; kept deca in to try and help make sure I didn’t lose muscle while I cut everything including food back to help with the insulin resistance. Seems to be working fine for now.

Will lay out my plan to “catch up” here soon. Just waiting on some nice fasted bg numbers.

10 Week Catch-up

Food starts at 3500ish, ~450/250/100, add 50-75g of carbs a week unless I pack on fat

Weeks 1-4
TPP/NPP at 600/600
Novolog matched to preworkout carbs on training days only (3 on 1 off, max 5 a week)
gH at 2-4iu (open to protocols and timing here, either 2-3iu 3 on 1 off or the weekly dose (14-21) split into large doses 3-4x a week)

Weeks 5-6
TPP/NPP at 600/600
(May add 150 prop to get to 1000mg test)
Tren Ace at 350
No slin, gH at 2iu-4iu

Weeks 7-10
TPP/NPP at 600/600
(May add 150 prop to get to 1000mg test)
Tren Ace at 350
Oral (anadrol or inj sdrol) tapered up
Lantus at 30iu/day
Novo matched to preworkout carbs

I take it that the reason for the short esters is the catching up, right?
 
Do you have a set date to blast off? Or are you just feeling it out and seeing how things progress? I’m looking forward to following again this year especially since it’s along the same timeline as me so just curious.
I’m hoping everything’s set to go for early Feb. I have a FL trip with my wife and son next week. Then a week to settle back in. Then hopefully go. Waiting on the last bits of stuff to come in as well.

My TPP/NPP plans went to shit when the gear I bought legit ate me alive. 10days since my last pin and I just started being able to walk up the stairs without a straight leg or using my hip to compensate. Wasted a vial trying to see if I’d adjust but didn’t; ~2 weeks or so but NBD.

so it’s back to the slow and steady road;test cyp and deca.

Cycle is roughly as follows:

850 test cyp
600 deca
250 mast

for those that follow that’s 100mg test, 100mg deca, + 250 mast more than my last offseason. Mast is in there to cover the test/DHT/19-nor triangle; see how that feels.

Current cals are something like 4700 at 425/450/130.

Who's gear was it?
 
Misriah. Don’t take it as a knock against him just from my experience. I have always been sensitive to the recipe used for gear. About 1 pin every 1-2 months goes south. This just happened to be a truly incompatible recipe.
Allergic to the particular carrier maybe? In my case I am truly allergic to Mig840 as I get something akin to an infection with that carrier.
 
If you plan to use 2-4iu HGH ed and Insulin just give a try to a couple of simple protocols, that worked well for me:
-First thing am, shoot whole dose of HGH and Lantus. With Lantus start at 1iu/20g carbs and check fasted blood glucose ed, when under 85-90 you are ok.

Once a week plan a cheat meal, let's say on Sunday, you don't shoot anything just use 500mg metformin before bed. Stayed on that protocol for 6 months without seeing my hba1c moving.

If you need to resensitize to insulin, just reduce carbs in half, no HGH no insulin, before bed take 500-1g Metformin, all that just for 2 weeks.

-Ah last protocol I found working good too was, whole HGH dose postwo with 5-10iu HumalinR or Humalog, dose is dependent from how many carbs you eat postwo.

If this won't work with you because glucose stays too high then just send me a PM, I have another protocol that worked very good, but depends on how your day goes.
