Daily Log to 2019 Show Season

Now all of that I get. Love my early morning (quiet time meal alone), an empty gym is absolutely fantastic and having the rest of the day to bask in the “to the core” drained feeling that goes with all out leg training.

I just need all that to be after 9 in the morning. :)
By 9am my house is a disaster lol.
 
Good stuff. Extremely impressive that you've got the physique and can put up very respectable numbers on the big three, too.
My DL and squat will need work since I sort of stayed away from crazy leg training to let my upper catch up. If I can get them both back over 6 I may do a meet; couple serious PLs in my gym with equipped squats around 1k.

My chest always lagged till I started caring about BP numbers. Contrary to a lot of opinions. Made a huge difference for me.

1642lbs raw total at 220lbs is considered elite in USPA. I'd say extremely realistic for you.

Edit: also interesting about the bench numbers and chest development. Definitely goes against the grain around here.
 
Probably just shift my first movement to a strength scheme and carry on the rest of the session with my BB stuff. Once I’m cleared with bloodwork you might be getting a PM. :rolleyes:

Your GPP is likely so high from working in all different planes and rep schemes, that minimal focus on S,B and DL will result in progress.
 
Goodmorning gents. My week off the gym seemed like a reasonable time to take a break from Meso too, especially given the drama lately.
