@Hawkins No, my doc isn’t returning my cals for an appointment so I’m ordering it myself.
For those curious, my stack for recovery after the show (I don’t think I posted it?): TUDCA, NAC, Liver and Organ defender by 5%, Astragalus, vit D, Berberine. Off everything but cruise test.
All the “feels” are back to normal so
I’m hoping bloodwork is too; sex drive, energy, digestion, BP, hr, etc.
As of Monday I had been off:
-all injectables for ~10 weeks, and long esters for ~16 (minus cruise level test)
-orals for 8
-gH for 8
I did however make a decision to kick off my offseason based on timing and goals for next year. Goes against my own advice, I know. If bloodwork comes back poor I’ll make any adjustments necessary. Don’t expect this to applauded nor should it be.
For right now (the same base as last offseason):
-750 test
-500 deca
Food is around 4K cals (375/400/100).
Training 5 days a week and legs are back in (if you remember I didn’t train legs all offseason for my upper to catch up).
Goal is a net 15lbs change of lean mass and fat loss. The primary reason for hoping on before results are back is to finish “growing” this calendar year and set myself up for a leaner start to prep so I can make it shorter and more bearable for my wife and son.
