5. Alt DB hammer curls - 1x12, 1xFailure at 8-10 each
6. Vbar Pushdowns - 2x12-15, 1xFailure at 8-10
7. EZBar Curls - 2x12-15, 1xFailure at 8-10
8. Superset- 2x12-15 each, one arm through the superset then the other, no rest
8a. Single Arm Cable Rope Pushdowns
8b. Single Arm Cable Curl (facing away from stack)
