As far as possible man. Learning every day to do so while balancing my responsibilities as a dad, husband, and full time engineer.

Yeah, man! I've been MIA for the most part online, I just haven't had the time to commit to Meso etc. for the past few months. However, i'm about to start my cut (long overdue). Considering logging it... May keep me more accountable. I've sort of fallen off the wagon due to work being literally INSANE the past few months. But, I'm ready to shred up for summer.

Ha, unlikely I will provide much "livening up" around here. More likely i will provide some sarcastic comments with the occasional nugget of quality information.

And, I didn't go anywhere so to speak. I've been super busy with work and life... I never really even thought about Meso while I was so busy, it just wasn't a priority. But, now that I'm hopping back on the wagon I feel meso is a quality resource for myself, and maybe I can help out some of the other members whenever possible. I've done and seen it all, after all.

35 is when most good people hit their prime, so I agree. Mac has a great work ethic and knowledge to back it up. Following along with his log will do you nothing but good things.

Arms todaayyyy
1. Warmup - 2x15 each
1a. Cable rope Pushdowns
1b. Cable rope curls
2. Single Arm Cable Extensions (underhand) - warmup to 2xFailure at 8-12 each
3. Single Arm DB Preacher - warmup to 2xFailure at 8-12 each
4. Single Arm Overhead Cable Extensions - 1x12, 1xFailure at 8-10 each
5. Alt DB hammer curls - 1x12, 1xFailure at 8-10 each
6. Vbar Pushdowns - 2x12-15, 1xFailure at 8-10
7. EZBar Curls - 2x12-15, 1xFailure at 8-10
8. Superset- 2x12-15 each, one arm through the superset then the other, no rest
8a. Single Arm Cable Rope Pushdowns
8b. Single Arm Cable Curl (facing away from stack)

I pulled it out but its going back in this week. Will be simple. Probably 3iu midway between meal 3 and my preworkout meal with slin 15m before that meal.
