Always takes me WAY out of my comfort zone.
I’m hurting from this one haha. No injury but holy shit did I overuse something. This is the 3rd challenge. 225 incline AMRAP, squat AMRAP (heaviest full plate you can squat), 500 DL AMRAP. Weighted pullups coming.

This is really my training in a nutshell.

Compound barbell with PLENTY of warm ups, then one set to the well and back.

rotate movements and vary rep ranges. Progress always.
