MESO-Rx Sponsor HGH - Domestic USA

Of course, that was after a day or so of mild panic where I thought I had screwed my liver up - doctor wanted to send me to a specialist. I finally discovered using Google two things: (1) numbers have to be a lot higher than that to be a concern, and (2) athletes frequently reported high numbers that would subside into the normal range upon skipping some workouts.

So I decided to try the "skip some workouts" route before the traditional liver transplant route . . . :D

Your AST and ALT are nothing of any concern. I had scores like that just from working out. I retested after taking a break for four days from the gym with no other changes and the numbers were normal again. I try to skip workouts for a few days now ahead of tests, and those scores are always within range.
agreed.
those are rookie numbers if no break was made from working out.
i remember when i didnt know those 2 enzymes are also elevated due to muscular damage and docs did neither and i had values of 400+ and 300+ (i was completely natural back then). Ultrasound of liver etc... nothing.
7 days off from training and i was healed again xD

Lowered mine 20 points taking 500 tudca and 1200 nac. Kinda concerned about rbc numbers on 9.5 weeks 400 test and 50mg anavar. Donated 10 weeks ago on 200 trt and numbers looked good on rbc, crit and hemoglobin.Wierd thing is everything was in the green besides hemoglobin, crit and rbc on 400mg. Had lots of stuff in the red on 200 trt. Are these red numbers way too high? Gonna donate this week.

This was 800mgs test 800mgs EQ and 400mgs of primo. No AI no liver supplement just consistent diet, which I’ve been doing for years now. I don’t drink or smoke.

It was 200 trt and hcg from the dr and 200 balkin from domestic-supply.com
200 trt and hcg had me at 1291 test.

GH seems to cause problems with gastric emptying thats why the pregnant look. I think the value of coaches for prep comes from them hopefully knowing what foods you can refeed with that won't blow your stomach up.
This was without gh or insulin for a few days. Waist was 28" during that time except when I got a real power up meal I'd let my stomach hang out. God dennys had never been so good. I felt like I was high. Coach I had for that has turned 3 or 4 people pro in the last year or two, all average Joe's and one chick. Local guy

Yea I was always under the impression that if under 200 you dont even think about it.
Leg day will put me way out of range. Orals less so

usually, i dont even pull those anymore for a regular healthcheck BW
most of the time its Triglycerides, HDL, LDL, GGT, Cystatin C, CRP, HKT, HB, RBC

These are my follow-up labs on 3.3IU daily (6 days a week) of Opti's Jins. For reference, my IGF tested 415 on 4IU (split daily) on his 120s (5 days a week). For me at least, it appears the bro science rule of 100 per 1IU rings true. This is the first time my shbg has ever been low. It has always been in the lower range of normal. Not sure what to make of that.

@Mighty-mouse any feedback on my T4 and any supplementation protocol? My T3 was 5.3. I'm tired af all the time.

TIA!

Your HCT is where mine was before I started trt. That’s nowhere near danger zone.

FYI, donate if you want to help other people. It’s a good thing to do. But it’s not a reliable way to keep HCT down if you’re still doing the thing that makes it go up in the first place.

This is the first time my shbg has ever been low.
Could mean a number of things. Steroids will all lower SHBG to one degree or another. But it can also be a sign of other more worrisome things: liver disease, insulin resistance and pre diabetes, or acromegaly. If I was a betting man my money would be on the GH causing the issue.

Thanks! My alt and ast were normal and my fasting bg was 89. I think you're probably right about it being the GH. Think it's something I should worry about, or just keep on keeping on for now?

Edit: for reference, I've been on GH for eight months

My understanding is that 53 hematocrit is high enough that you should donate. Also that donating 3-4x/year is typical, so if in ten weeks you get high numbers instead of 12 weeks that's close enough to typical. I bet if you looked at your previous lab, your numbers were high - normal. I feel like shit when mine are high... blood pressure

Your understanding is incorrect. It’s much more dependent on where you are relative to your natural baseline. People who live in Denver have higher HCT than that and they’re not doing a bloodletting every quarter. Hell, my HCT was 53 before I started trt.

I also did this as a control. My endo wanted me to do the same thing. My numbers were higher, AST in the 70s, ALT mid 50s on my most recent labs. I went directly from the gym to my appt. The control was back in May, took 4 days off from the gym, AST was 38, ALT about the same, actually, 2 points above high end of reference range. I don’t sweat liver or eGFR anymore(provided values don’t increase over control).
