Looked pretty good to me bud - I think she would have been given that. What have you got her deadlifting out of interest?
Her deadlift is around 275, with poor form.
We are working on getting her hips under her more to drive the deadlift up with the legs and glutes instead of her back. So we spend more time on technique work than lifting heavy.
 
I start training again today
Took a little break with some stuff going on in life, this thread isn't going anywhere. Keep in mind, competition is in July.

Can't be going hard in the paint year around :)
I am sure by now your "batteries" are at 100% charge now and ready to roll!
 
On the comeback!

Worked up to a nice peak the weak of 10/30 and smashed 365x10 on bench. Was stupid happy, then a twist of fate somehow ended up with some mcnasty shoulder impingement on my right shoulder, which essentially resulted in me taking about weeks off!

Okay, not "off" I didn't sit at home and eat cupcakes and hohos. I trained, but trained whatever didn't hurt.

Will take me a few weeks to really get back into the groove, obviously I can't pick up where I left off but those gains come back FAST

On the comeback I will be tweaking my supplements, remember what I do isn't what YOU SHOULD DO :)

Will be moving on up to
250 Test
200 Masteron
25 Anavar

Competition is in July

Gotta be healthy physically and mentally to train playa :)

Still going to take it easy today, but will start toying with what my training will look like today.

Remember training has to be a line between what you will find emotionally appealing with what will be actually effective. But, remember...getting stronger is getting fucking stronger.

Also remember, "when coming back" its wise to start easy and build a runway of success. I promise you won't get weaker because you created a two week ramp up.

Good evening all! Am excited to be taking that Test/Mast combo again, I dunno man Masteron just makes me happy :) lol

I feel great, fresh, some weeks off were needed. This isn't a sprint fam. Can't go heavy every week until July, end up broken and crippled.

So What is going on in these videos?

Bench
Restart my bench at 315, remember last block ended 365x10.
I threw in a band for emotional reasons, just wanted a fun change of pace and the band will also help increase my tricep demands and result in some additional growth. So, take the win.
Next week we will push the load up a smidge and recalibrate at 4x5+amrap

One additional rep than last bock and we will work back toward 365 and maybe past it!

My primary bench day is Saturday, my secondary is Tuesday.
Being that I am so far from competition my Tuesdays are mostly just volume and oriented around building muscle. Probably will do lots of dumbbells this block, but I may not lol.

Squat
Feels good getting back under the bar, kept volume ultra low
2x3 and an extra rep without a pause, next week will go back up to 5 sets. Keeping them paused.

I try to tell people that pausing your squats will really optimize strength and muscle development, while the rebound on the squat is a SKILL that you want to maximize and develop leading into the time to express your max.
Fuck with me...
