What weight do you use for good mornings? That would be torture after all those squats.

It was torture. Last time I did good mornings they were causing me pain whereas yesterday it was just some killer back pumps. I did them at 135lbs but had a lot of case left in the tank. I probably could've gotten them for 185 but I want to ease back into them as I'm already diving in the deep end with all the deadlifts
 
That's a lot of sets on the main lifts Doc. Nice work.

I don't do good mornings much heavier than 185 anymore and usually at 135. Form ends up being better and I feel them where I am supposed to.
 
I haven't measured but I use those fitness class step up box things. I set it up so the bar is about 1.5-2in below my knees.
That's what I figured. I think they are right around four inches. I used my wife's fitness steps once for this purpose but they were made of plastic and I left a crack in one which let me to purchasing 3/4 inch mats from Farmers Supply and cutting them into sections and stacking them for block pulls.
 
Hey Doc besides the bad stomach, hows everything else ?? Your back ok? You back training at full strength yet?
 
Back is holding up pretty good Mr.B66. It's tight and still have some discomfort but no pain. I'm doing a sheiko run right now so it's basically jumping in the deep end with sharks lol.
Now don't let the sharks bite ;)

Seriously, hang in there and stay tough.
 
Hey Doc, all this talk about PL and deadlifting has peaked my interest and so im adding deads to my WO. anyway right now i use a cheap velcro belt to squat but im thinking i should step up to a real belt. Do you have one that you recommend that i order or do you think sports authority would have something sufficient?

He likes inzer belts. I like elitefts. Just get something thick and the same width all the way around. Lever lock is easiest.

Doc- these workouts make my dick hard. Is this still all pob?

Thanks brutus im gonna look at sports authority and if they dont have one of those ii will just order one.
