Solid workout today. Didn’t have any issues really with elbow until last set of dead’s and a little bit doing chins. Also didn’t push myself to the max either. Only used about 80-85% today. Still, had a great workout.

That’s awesome you were able to go today! Deadlift and shrug, so you shrug 3x at lockout? Gamma Bomb is intriguing me.

So. It’s 5 sets of 5 reps of deadlifts. After each rep of deadlift do three Shrugs. Drop weight, get set, pull second rep of dead’s and do 3 more reps of Shrugs.. etc until 5 reps of dead’s are done and 15 reps of Shrugs are completed. Make sense ?

Yes indeed. I have not done shrugs like that before. Would be very intense for heavy pulls!

60 second rest between warm ups and each round of giant sets. Workout completed in 20 minutes followed by 15 minutes on stair master. Again almost threw up doing legs today. Could ring out my damn shirt as well from so much sweat. Insane. But I love this shit.

Damn dude that is some crazy intensity! Such a contrast to my workout today that stretched 2 hours. Love seeing the numbers from your super and giant sets.

It was very different. The worst part about it bro was struggling to breath by the time I got to DB squats. Tren is getting the best of me currently. In good and bad ways haha. Body is tightening up fiercely. Carbs are at like 450g/day and protein is between 325-350g/day and have actually started adding more fats in as well this last week and a half. Especially after watching a video from John meadows and the doctor he occasionally brings on talking about macro proportioning each meal. They both stressed the fact of having fats each meal along side carbs and protein. Slows down digestion for one and two allows your body to utilize more of the protein your actually putting into it as well by adding the fats along side of it so. Been adding about 10g per meal. Normally from almond butter or something of the such. But if the meal contains red meat or eggs obviously no extrA fats are needed. But I dunno I feel the increase is definitely speeding my metabolism up for sure. I’m more defined everywhere. Even legs are starting to get cuts and veiny I’m loving it and eating ALOT.

Agreed. Pretty much of my fats come from nut butters, eggs, and one meal a day will have red meat with about 20-25g of fat in that. Try to keep them below 90g/day.

Great workout. Thank God barely any issue whatsoever with my elbow today. Little discomfort towards the end of triceps but nothing major thankfully. That’s great news about the elbow! Stretching and mobility work are so critical and it’s amazing how few people do these things. Most guys arrive, sprint for the bench press and hammer out their working sets right away o_O

Yeah I’ve definitely been realizing the important of properly warming up more and more. I mean I normally do my warm up sets and etc but now I believe it’s a lot more than just a few sets. Really getting the shoulders and rotate cuffs ready or whatever joints are in the area about to be worked and then get into the actual muscle group and start firing warm up sets. The extra time spent is definitely worth it in the long run. Bit of dynamic stretching in the beginning and static stretches at the end as well.

No doubt, I’ve also become a huge fan of Meadows’ warm up and feeder sets. I still go through my normal rotator cuff warmups and loaded isometric stretching, that’s become almost ritualistic for me and when I zone in haha. But these feeder sets really get you ready to let it rip on working sets. I need to do more stretching post workout.

Last shot of tren went in today for this blast. This is also after two weeks of higher carbs on training days hitting around 450g. Protein around 325g and fats under 90g. Gonna finish off with another week and a half of higher dosed test 325 Blend then drop down to 160mg of Test Cyp for at least 10 weeks, get bloods taken, and go from there.

No pump in pic, 3 meals in me and a little over a gallon of water.

Looking great my man! A blast well done! Hopefully you won’t have a tren comedown and will have a smooth transition back to cruise levels. How much more of Gamma Bomb do you have? Are you going to start Carnage immediately after?

I have 5 weeks left of Gamma Bomb. TBH I didn’t have a bad experience with tren at all this time around. First time using enanthate but it was smooth. Night sweats were the worst part. SLIGHT aggression. Nothing that wasn’t manageable. I’ve ran ace in the past at 100mg ED and was literally a ticking time bomb so that’s no bueno for me haha.

Honestly I’m really considering jumping into it right after this. My second option I wanna purchase his Arnold Classic program which emphasizes chest, back, and abs. So. One of the two. Haven’t decided yet. Might save Carnage for the next blast and tear shit up with the volume and frequency.
