I’m thinking of running a protocol similar to @Scruf ’s for the rest of my cut, what do you guys think?. I’m now at a similar starting weight, and he had great results. He started with a lot more muscle than I have, but I still think it will work. The only things I would do differently in the beginning is no Enclomiphene, not as much primo if I use that for my estrogen, and higher test (I’m on 210 mg/week test p). I also run replacement dose T3/T4 and Telmisartan, but I think I’ll be able to get off blood pressure medication very soon. I’ve made a lot of progress on my cardiovascular health.

I already know I want to bring HGH back. Recovery, sleep, and skin benefits were phenomenal, and this was the dosing and cardio regimen I was already using when I ran it. My training split is already very similar, I don’t lift fasted anymore though. I always feel great in the calorie range he was eating at.
What would be the point of enclomiphene if he's on test?

Anyway, I'm subscribed to your other thread and someone mentioned you post here more. Glad your doing well. I'm here to watch this transformation in full!

Also, are you just maxing out on bench and then doing sets of 135 to failure after?

Enclo will do the same as hcg how well is debated but it will still do it.

Wonder if he’s dead? Sure was a lot of harsh drugs and harsh dieting
I think he just lost interest, got sidetracked with life or went back to bad nutritional habits. Just embarrassed to update, lots of us go through such phases, we get exhausted and needed a break especially if you step on the gas too hard and too sudden.

I just hope he doesn’t give up ultimately.

Yea that’s definitely a possibility. I fell off the rails for about a year one time.

Yep, my level of dedication directly tracks with my posting frequency in general. Fall off and I don't want to think about.

stumbled on this thread randomly but I started semaglutide maybe 2 weeks before I started DNP at 250mg/day and I could tell the semaglutide was already nuking my appetite by the time DNP came into play. I've used DNP in the past and at around that dosage and higher before, but I'll say that it seemed to have significantly more effect on me this time around. I would urge anyone considering a GLP-1 agonist + DNP cycle to take an extremely conservative approach. GLP-1 agonist have the potential of making drugs take longer to clear your system, and I think that was the case this time for me. I stayed well under my 'limit' so I was fine but I would not take anything more than what I did this time around. for what it's worth I lost a shitload of weight with only 1 week of DNP while on Semaglutide. very effective.

The goal
Lose as much weight in a 30-day period as humanly possible. This is an extreme cut with extreme deficits that will produce extreme results. I will not comment on its safety, but it should be interesting to follow.

Stats
6’0” male, 28, 334 lbs, down 34 pounds since November 8!!! DNP was not included during this time.

The Cycle
I was sponsored by @FatPharms , a US domestic DNP supplier for this cycle. They’ve been great to me so far, and I was impressed by their 5-day delivery time. I’ll keep y’all updated on the quality and burn test.

Diet
One 600-800 calorie meal each day, achieving a 24 hour fast in between each meal. I will also be doing extended fasts lasting 48-72 hours, maybe longer if I feel like it.

Why all that fasting?
Rapid fat loss and increased autophagy. Between the fasting, GHK-Cu, collagen, HGH, and a few other tricks I got up my sleeve for later, skin elasticity will be optimized as much as possible.

Supplements
Potassium powder, Magnesium tablets, Sodium (during extended fasts), Collagen, Lysine, Multivitamins, Vitamin D, Unsweetened cranberry juice, fish oil pills, and Fiber via flax seeds. Dandelion root, milk thistle, tudca, and NAC will likely be added soon.

Training
Fasted cardio every morming after 2 iu HGH shot. I’m doing 20 minutes of it right now, but I’d like to bump it up to 45 as mental endurance increases. Muscle loss is inevitable, but I’ll be doing weight training to signal to my body that we need to at lesser keep some of it. Lifts will mostly consist of bench, deadlifts, barbell rows, curls, wrist curls, shoulder shrugs, and delt flies

Sheesh, giving me anxiety just thinking about it. I have them. Do you think you’d even be able to tell a difference at the weight I’m at though? Because I don’t, except in my face, which I can’t share. My plan was to release the before and afters once I hit 280. You’d definitely be able to tell then.

My plan is four fold:
1. Fall in love with lifting so I have something to strive for (my physique) that overeating would fuck up, get mantainence to where I’m still able to enjoy a decent amount of food.
2. Keep my test at a healthy level. I have never gained weight when my test was healthy, I’m at around 182 ng/dl without TRT
3. The unfortunate truth is it’s always a big risk. I’m resigned to the fact that I may have to be on a GLP indefinitely.
4. Frequent weigh ins and body pics. If I start gaining weight, I am perfectly fine with going on a less extreme mini cut to get back down. I’m planning on stocking up on a few things.
this is SUUUCHH A BAD IDEA. FOR ANYONE READING THIS, PLEASE DON'T ENGAGE IN THIS BEHAVIOR. THIS GUY GOT TO BE 338LBS, PROBABLY FROM BEING RECKLESS AND NGAF ABOUT HIS BODY TO BEGIN, JUST ATE HIMSELF SILLY. THERE IS NO MAGICAL PILL. JUST THINGS TO ASSIST THE HARDWORKERS.
