Who is our biggest, most shredded member at Meso?

im about 181-182 now. Have to be 176. My trainer wants me down to 170-172 last week to carb load back up and cut water Friday night I weigh in at 5 Saturday night. He thinks I'll place but it's my first show not too sure. I'm just mad no more cheat meals he said till it's over lol
 
Yeah, more cheat meals suck! I had my last one today. Double bacon cheeseburger and fries, lol. That's the only thing I've had bad in a month really.

You're def going to be totally shredded!

Last cheat meal last Saturday. Two double cheeseburgers and a fry. I was hoping he'd say today go have one but he said no more lol.

And thanks I feel really lean. He said my hams and back need to come in more. So we will see. Last 3 weeks will be tren and mast 700 a week up from 400 hope it helps
 
Thanks brother! No doubt barbell squats are the king of all leg movements. I learn a lot by watching John Meadows. Time under tension, higher reps, drop sets... It's all about blood flow and not about the weight, imo.

I love doing slow negatives and drop sets. Good stuff man! Keep those muscles confused like wtf?!?!?

This thread is full of inspiration. I stayed out of it for the not part because it was kinda depressing making think about the what ifs but now it's a motivator! I'm not gonna post up pictures for a while because I'm still a bit ashamed of how far I regressed but I promise to meso and myself I will post in this thread sometime in the coming year with a build that I will be proud of! I fucked up too. I lost 10 lbs. I have my next cycle almost, but I don't think I am ready for my next cycle to get to my full potential. You think I should lift gear free for like 2-3 weeks. then hit my cycle. Or go for cycle right away. lost ALOT of bf in order for my next cycle.
OR maybe taper up the doses and lift now.(I have been off cycle for 7 weeks and have just been doing yoga and cardio for the time.)? I will post in other section if this the wrong one.
